I am very disappointed at how my withdrawal error is being handled, no sense of urgency or care from your Agents. Where one tells you thing, the other that , this is pathetic. I know its small winnings, and maybe you don't even understand why I'm whinning of such small monies . So I made a withdrawal of R200 via Nedbank imali, I contacted you help centre, when I did not recieve the money, and I was told that the banks were offline, and that the money will be credited onto my account (Monday17 March) . So from Monday each agent I speak too tells me a different story ,and each of them tells me that I must wait 24-48 hours. I dont know if you think Im gonnq give up on this or what! Cape Town people, do not buy electrical appliances from these rude,m unproffessional people. Who knows nothing about customer care. I am stuck with a washing machine that is not working . Stay away from this shop, if you know whats good you.
People stay away from this company that does not want to refund a person. I bought vouchers, only to find out the companies have closed down. From the company responding only when they want, to chatting with Khanya who seems to not know what she is doing . I asked for a refund to my bank account, as I do not want anything to do with this flippen company. She goes and refund me with a voucher, and **** that she will send my request since monday. I have been waiting since then, no communication. STAY AWAY FROM HYPERLI!!!!!!
Yesterday at 19:51 I poured patrol at Caltex garage in Alberton using my husbands Capitec card, that was the only place we had used the card, after there we came straight home. While at he was at work he needed some cash and he went to the nearest atm but had thought there was some fault with the Capitec atm and he went to FNB that’s when it was displayed on the screen that the card is blocked! He looked at the card and saw that it was a wrong card that belonged to a Mr Nxumalo whom we do not know! Still he thought maybe they swop his card by mistake, only when he checked his messages he saw that there was R500 (@ 09:19 today) that was withdrawn at some atm in Benoni! While my husband was at work(on site) at that time. We went to the garage, with not much help or any kind of concern regarding the matter, both managers were on the patrol attends(Steven Waston) side, whereas we also had proof of the bank statement. I honestly want to warn people about the fraud that’s been happening there as the late shift manager confirmed that they’ve been getting cases like that but they don’t have proof as they rely on the footages. Honestly now! Who doesn’t know how card cloning work??? There was no way we were all going to see the guys swoping the cards! That’s how quick they do it, and we know they hide it underneath the speedpoint! I am really disappointed in that garage as it was my first time using it and ut sure is my last! I hope Mr Waston really needed that money cz I do as I am pregnant and my money matters to me.
I am in disbelief on how your contact centre is operating now, its actually sickening . I have received a router and simcard(wi-fi) on the 17 January . The flippen thing still has not connected and yet you've deducted my money. Instead of getting help, I have been sent from pillar to post by your agents , some even dropping the call. I have been making calls and given instructions that are not making the router to work by a few of your consultants to name a few : Thando, Baryl, Victor, Mushfik, Sinethemba, Aphendule (who was the last to drop a call on me). I am so annoyed to a level that I cannot even explain. I need someone to come and collect this trash and pay back my money a.s.a.p. Please someone to evaluates/qualities your calls . You have blocked my cellphone number now Sies to make calls into yout call centre. i dont know if you expected me to seat down and watch this s**** of a router not working ,and for you to continue chowing my pennies . I expected more from Vodacom.
I feel Im being robbed by Makro online, what an inconvience purchasing a deal that was on promo. This sucks BIG time, I made a purchase online, now they telling me they cannot give me the short items. That were not delivered , buy at your own risk online. I am so furious, and I will nevèr buy anything from Makro 😡
I'm so dissapointed with the service of this bus. My jaws are still on the floor, I bought a ticket for my husband who was travelling from Cape Town yesterday. We got to the bus terminal , looked for Greyhound's office which we couldnt find. We were told they operate under Eldo, fine the lady assisted in printing the tickect . Went to the gate as directed, 19:00 came and there was no sign of a bus, the guys at the baggage counter from Eldo packed up and went home and nothing is communicated to us, as to what is happening or where is the bus . I went back to Eldo's office to Enquire what is happening, the offices where closed and they left people clueless and stranded outside . Called the 011 number until my airtime was exhausted , holding to be assisted NO ANSWER. Sent a message on Facebook messenger and email, Im still waiting for a person to come back with a proper apology. Finally a cheaper version of Greyhound comes(Citiliner ), with a drivers that has attitudes from HELL, with no apology and no explanation. But only telling me I must not shoot the messenger, they were just told to vome pick people up as the Greyhound bus was cancelled, with no communication whatsover ,which I felt they not trained to take accountability for the company they work for . What a great come back Greyhound, your service is appauling!
Hi it's me again! Just wanted to add to the list of your reviews, and warn people how you operate, and hopefuly my review will wake your system up . I am very irritated in the way my complaint has been dealt with. Again I wish I never signed up with your company, if I knew getting my name off debt review was going to be this difficult. Teach your staff on how to deal with a complaint , I have paid the money you wanted to get me off your books and credit bereau. I must be the one sendin emails to follow-up to find out if theres any feedback. Your service is totally unacceptable! Wake your system , get IT to work on it . Please don't bother calling me explaining how your system is still offline, Im not interested. I need a resolution to this.
Bought a steamer on the 28 August , I was not happy with the product and sent it back to get a refund on the 13 September . They company has been sending me from pillar to post with my refund . The service is highly unacceptable and wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from them . No customer service, no lack of urgency . I cannot believe the service given to people here . Its shocking !!!! Training is needed to each and every staff member . They just dont care about their clients and no sense of urgency at all. People just have to wait for over an hour to get assistance . They cant even pretend to be liking what they doing or what so ever . Im never setting my foot at that store ever. Pissed !!!
