Extened warranty, t&c not explained
My mom who is a pensioner was sold extended vehicle warrantly however she was not given the full terms and conditions. When we call for more clarity, the agents are rude and dismissive.

You can do better Webaftrica
Lines wereactivated and paid on the 26th, the full amount, my fibre is closed, and they are requesting another payment. The chatbox is the worst, the agent send 3 worded responses that do not make sense.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Amazing service i recieved from a gentleman called Kwanele at clicks Southgate mall, on the 21st of December 2025. His service was professional, he was patient and forever had a smile. Loved how he also offered the promotions that were currently running. His an asset and deserves a higher position.

Horrible customer service ShopRite dube
Horrible service from Phiwe in Shoprite Dube. I hope that she will be taught soft skills, professionalism and how to treat customers. It is tellers like her that make us hate going to stores in the townships

Horrible prepaid meter company
Never consider buying their prepaid meters, the process of registering their meter is oblivious. It feels like a ****, why do u want a title deed to register a prepaid meter. For a quick and efficient outcome, consider a different service provider.

POOR BOOT QUALITY
I bought a boot in July 2023 for an amount of R650 which was the sale price. The material is peeling off and the sole is coming off. i went to instore and they offered me a voucher for R400. What about my remaining R250? I have multiple pairs or woolies boots and Loafers but i have never experienced such mediocre service and quality from Woolworths. I am really saddened and disappointed by this because i trust Woolworth's for years. A lady called Beauty that had a Management tag on, Kept popping her eyes out at me as if i am craze, wouldn't recommend her for customer service.

BOOTS QUALITY

Iwisa maize meal found with dirt
I bought Iwisa maize meal and found some disgusting stuff in it. We not sure what it is and have tried getting in touch with them on face. The sad thing is that we had already consumed it once with my family before finding the gruesome stuff in it
