I BOUGHT A GIFT CARD SPECIFICALLY FOR CALABASH, BECAUSE YOUR STUPID WEBSITE DID NOT ACCEPT MY BANK CARD FOR A DIRECT PURCHASE. NOW THE EVENT IS CANCELLED, AND YOU REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND! "BECAUSE VOUCHERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE" THAT IS ABSOLUTE BS. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY TICKET MASTER EVENT AGAIN.
You have been renovating the Virgin Active Glen Acres branch since June where we were not able to gym. But you still expect people to pay. You call me incessantly and today I was informed by a snotty call center agent that I could have frozen my membership or use a different club and that they informed us this information via SMS. I have proof that the sms ONLY states that we can use other clubs. NO mention of freezing the membership and OF COURSE they won't tell us this because you poor excuse for a company don't want to lose money. ALSO, the nearest other club to my house is half an hour away. I will be canceling my membership and never ever renew with Virgin Active again. Ever. There are far better more affordable gyms in the area.
Honestly what a bad way to market. You say that the seller gets all the money. But the problem is now our stuff doesn't sell because the buyer has to pay ridiculous Yaga fees plus delivery. And what happens? They try to lowball every seller requesting more discounrs on an already discounted item. You could have just kept it the way it was. I don't mind taking a knock from my commission if I can work some of it into my existing price. Which is way less than your stupid fees. I deleted all my Yaga accounts and won't be selling there any more. It's about time a better competitor takes over the market and teaches your company a lesson. BAD MARKETING. BAD BUSINESS.
I have sent countless emails to different personell, and still my account is not verified. Meaning I cannot receive any of the funds that have transacted on the ikhoka machine. I then asked them to cancel everything and reverse the payments. Nothing happens. I also insisted I already sent emails on the 17th, which I have proof for, but the call center agent didn't believe me. Very *********** to think a customer is lying is they have proof. You could have asked me for the email i sent, I would gladly forward it. I want to cancel the account, reverse the transactions that occured, and I will be returning the ikhoka machine.
Useless service, broken website, useless chat support, every single form of communication with this company is backwards. Your website was built in 1920 and nothing works. Customer service agents need serious training.
Ripoff prices. Refuse to give a quote or estimate beforehand. horrible phone support the lady is so rude and disrespectful. And they have **** reviews on their website.
