FNB Home loan service is just not up to standard as when you ask for rate review on a bond of R2 mil you get told you can only do it after two year two year is over am still waiting for the rate review to be done , just to add salt to the wound request a amendment on the term of the bond there still on answer i dont know whether is based on my surname or skin as they have a 48 hrs turn around which fnb doesn't work.
