Once again it's me and FNB...a couple of weeks ago I had the most terrible experience trying to open personal accounts for me and my kids. Don't want to go into detail again, however I had noticed that they didn't set a pin on my son's card after me going there about 6 times to rectify the problems with the acc. I then after a day or 2 realized that no pin had been set on the card at the branch so I proceeded to follow the instructions on how to set the pin at the ATM after trying to swipe with it and realizing the pin was never set. Anyway I now try to set it at the ATM and doesn't accept and now the card is blocked, a card that I had to visit the bank almost 7 times for and my son can't even use it. If you want to know why I hadn't addressed this when it happened. It's because I don't have another 6 days to visit FNB up and down. With my acc as well now after putting the same correct pin that I've been using the app is blocked. My next step is going to be that I close all 3 accounts and also discuss with my business partners to move our banking to another bank as we have had multiple problems with business banking as well. Terrible service from FNB Parow. I tried to open accounts for my kids and had to revisit the bank 6 times due to errors on the accounts. Then I was charged for a new card due to the mistake they had made and was told I would be refunded. On my profile it doesn't show that an action was taken despite the clerk telling me a call will be logged. I then had to log my own call with head office and to this day still haven't been refunded for their mistakes. I have a business profile with FNB in Secunda and also we have had terrible service from them as well. I still haven't received any confirmation email of my refund even though I asked the call centre to email me. What a disappointment.
The security guard at the McDonald outside the civic center Cape Town was so rude. I needed to change my babies diaper because she was soaking wet her pant was soaked right through as well and when I told the security guardIm just going to the bathroom to changey baby then we will order he wanted to force me to order first before going to the loo.So I promtly left with my hungry children and wet baby in search of a bathroom and more user friendly place to eat. McDonalds is such a huge franchise but can't even employ security personnel with better ettiquette. I won't be going into one of your stores again
I had an operation in 2023 and my medical aid covered the majority of the bill but there was still a shortfall so I enquired from my medical aid what needs to be done they said there was documents that they needed to process the claim under other funding that they needed to get from the hospital. I then proceeded to call Glynnwood multiple times to get the documents but I kept getting referred to different people and never got any assistance. I was then advised to just make payment of what I can afford towards the account. Now I get a call from an attorneys office stating that I've been handed over to my surprised and when the lady called me there was so much information that the hospital had not supp**** them with regards to my case which is so upsetting because the attorneys do not know that Ive been fighting this case since 2023, my surgeons office also went as far to tell me that the hospital is under renovation thats why assistance is slow. I am now so fed up with this, if Glynnwood released all their call records from me to the attorneys they would be in a lot of trouble for giving the incorrect information and not wanting to assist me and also I have been paying Glynwood out of my own which they also neglected to tell the attorney. I even had such a traumatic experience at the hospital I called the mediclinic in Trichardt that I was transferred from crying for them to transfer after my surgery back to medicilinic due to the treatment I received. Glynnwood has really disappointed me and now this. I refuse to keep quiet anymore
The ladies at Burger King Parow center are heroes. They assisted me this evening when I was stranded with a flat battery unable to charge my phone. When I approached them for help they immediately assisted. Such fantastic friendly staff especially the lady who jumped in immediately to help. Thank you for your friendly staff Burger King
I bought a few things from Lewis stores, Parow, Shoprite Park earlier this year but the items that I bought have just given me problems from the get go. The laptop I bought which almost crashed and then I was told to come into the store so one of the sales people can check it (not an IT professional by the way). I then out of my own had to get someone to check the problem because I was told that generally this brand of laptop is problematic (which I wasn't told when I bought it). Anyway I also started having a problems with the bed that I bought, the mattresses seam has become unraveled I even sent the sales person numerous pictures and was just promised that it will be referred to the correct department who will come see to it, I also paid for master guard for my mattress and yet it seems to be attracting more dirt than anything. I was promised last week that they will replace it as per the instruction by the supplier but to this day I haven't received a new one. I have even threatened to cancel my debit order to get them to do something and yet they still haven't assisted. My account is to date but I must be fighting for proper service. I had considered buying more things from them but with the poor quality and service of their products I highly doubt I will be doing so. I'm very disappointed
So upset at the employees of Dischem in Parow centre, Cape-Town. Yesterday as usual my children and husband were waiting to meet with me after work. They then proceeded to Dischem where mind you we always get our medication from so this was not their first visit here but on this day my husband stood outside and my children went inside just having a look around, where one of the staff members proceeded to tell them "I told you this is not your playground" and tried to case them out of the store, another staff member has also been ugly towards them on an account. I am tired of this treatment towards my children and we are paying customers who always get our medication there. Dis-chem needs to teach their staff better etiquette especially towards children
127 days later. Still no end in sight to my issue. I must dealt with over 20 different consultants giving me 20 different answers. Also requesting proof of residence for my company that has been dormant since 2018 even though SARS asked me to submit an affidavit stating this and 10 other supporting documents but the end isnt in sight. Now I have to take time off from work to go sort out this nonsense. Well done SARS GREAT SERVICE. I'm so tired of the consultants at Fnb online business banking. Their service is so poor. I've tried to reactivate my online banking and have filled in the form to reactivate more than once and they have also sent me an email stating that the reactivation was successful and they told me to follow the instructions on the email but there isn't any link or anything and when I contact them back to try an confirm the reactivation process I'm met with a rude consultant who cant even speak to me properly. Its already month end and our employees (Old age home) need to be paid but we cannot process payments due to fnb's *********** and rude staff who cannot even assist to complete the reactivation process. This isn't the first time we've had such a struggle with fnb and their consultants do not even bother to call back. The business banking division has very poor assistance. I am very disappointed. Now I have to fill in one of those forms again just to have a consultant who doesn't know what they are doing to assist me wasting our time again while our employees have to suffer with possibly being paid late
Ive been struggling with SARS for about 4 months now after them threatening to take legal action against me for a company that was dormant. Even after submitting all my documents and paying the penalty I had to wait more than 90 days for my remission of which It was only supposed to take 60 days. They then refunded my remission to an account that doesnt even exist and now they are expecting me to wait another 21 days to verify my account but haven't even sent me email confirmation about whether or not my documents are correct and they only assisted with my remission after I laid a complaint but now I have to complain again for action to be taken. Also the last consultant I spoke to was extremely rude...CASE NR 493764751...I probably have 100 case numbers now and still no further than I was when I started with this process
