Ordered on app from kfc Plumstead. Ordered for s specific collection time which was at 5.30. On arrival nobody knew where the order was and received it 30 minutes late with cold food. Complained at store and head office and was told they need to check their cctv footage. Still waiting for this footage to see how they gona rectify this chaos
Contacted discovery travel insure via email for a claim on a bag that got damaged by the airline on returning home. Just needed a claim form and requested such, as it was immediately reported to airline on arrival, but have to answer different emails to discovery , from what type of card, to was the bag in custody to who knows what next before a claim form is even sent. I wonder further how the claim will be handled if it's this difficult to just send a claim form to me via email. It would just make sense to send a claim form and request any further information they may need as they already aware of the bag being damaged in flight They seem to have decided already what action to take without a claim form completed? Will still await their claim form via email but Seems quite prejudice with Strange procedures!
Logged several calls for pathetic fibre lines with open serve. Was told it was my modem, so that got replaced, still had same issues. Paying for a 40 40 line and receiving buffering lines on 0.5 to 11 and cant even use this lines for my phones or computer as it constantly buffers. Im just being told constantly i must change equipment but that just doesnt solve their pathetic lines and constant calling them to try and rectify lines, and to my surprise they constantly close the complaint as solved without doing anything really. Now we cant even get hold of them as when they call their own line drops as well.
Worst service and worst ocean basket food ever received. We normally love OB but this was totally unacceptable. Rotten cucumbers in the salad. Calamari over fried, and grilled calamari so salty that we just left it. Paid for the full meal but manager told us they bought cucumbers fresh from fruit and veg and told his staff not to further serve calamari. He offered a free dessert which i totally refused after having been served such bad food after such a long travel. There are so many restaurants around there and should have just gone to another restaurant there for a decent supper. Will not recommend anyone to eat there with such attitude from the waiter and management together with their bad foods. Beyond my understanding that such a franchise can even allow such bad food to be served.
Worst sales people dealt with. Theo and Moses are just the worst to deal with. Worst experience purchasing a car ever. From delaying the purchase, to delays in receiving my inatis papers, spare keys, and number plates. as the vehicle was fully paid for but the excuses after they received their money was just beyond me. No alarm in vehicle, and was not declared to me. Vehicle had Dekra report but had to tell sales guys what was wrong with vehicle. They attempted to fix, but what shoddy work from Kia. Asked to speak to dealer principle and was given a loan car for two days but nothing was actually repaired on vehicle and was told that i should drive the car for few more days to see if problem goes away as this is what their workshop told them. I own many vehicles and never ever heard such bull in my life. I guess im stuck with a vehicle for a while with extra repairs because i bought it out of desperation thinking Kia reliability but will never trust Kia ever again.

Took my money upfront at Pathcare because i was told i look like persons that do test at Pathcare and runaway with their money. Whatever that looks like! After taking my money they then did not know what to do, although i insisted they contact the doctor who is in same building. After one hour there and them still not knowing in their confusion what to do, i told them i will go to another provider, but i insisted they refund my cash money. Lo and behold, they are the people that actually take your money as ive heard so many stories why they havent refunded my money yet for over two and a half weeks, until i spoke to a regional manager to get my money back, which they agreed should have been done an immediate refund, for no service or test done.
Lost my blood results twice. Account division pathetic. Doctor was finally sent only 1 result, pathcare unsure actually unsure what happened. Several calls to them, only with return promises and no delivery. They cant even trace there own reference number given to me via whatsapp by them
Is easy equity a scam. After several years of investment in them im being told that investec shares has been suspended on the jse when i wanted a withdrawel. I called investec and jse to confirm and both confered this is a huge error on easy equities side if not they might be scamming clients. What a predicament now as one cannot get hold of easy equities now.
