im so angry right now.2weeks back i had a problem with my netstar panic button.the emergency room couldnt get my signals.i called customer care more than once and i was told so many things.1day anther consultant told me maybe its because my contractbhas expired im now on month to month..okay!!! then i renewed my contract the technicians came yesterday to fit the new device however the panic button that the gave me ITS NOT WORKING WGEN YOU PRESS IT IT DOESNT CLICK ITS SO HARD,I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE THE TECHNICIANS LEFT AND UNTIL NOW M NOT GETTING ANY HELP.
There's a lady by the name of Thandeka Thwala her attitude its horrible,she s not suppose to be at the front desk assisting new students.I regret the day i started my journey of wanting to study with rosebank college.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, 1.IT WAS DELAYED DELIVERY,NOW ITS A DELAYED RETURN PICK UP. I LOGGED A RETURN ON THE 3RD OF OCTOBER ,THE ITEM IS STILL NOT COLLECTED AND NO ONE IS SAYING ANYTHING.AND I NEED MY REFUND SO THAT I CAN BUY A BIGGER GYM MACHINE. @MAKRO JUST FOR THE RECORD DONT TELL ME ABOUT THE SELLER/3RD PARTY I BOUGHT THE MACHINE ON YOUR ONLINE AND I PAID YOU.
ABSA ITS BAD NEWS!! I bought items from Takealot using my Absa cheque account,afer the items were delivered i had to return them and be refunded,Takealot refunded my money however my bank doesnt want to release or clear that amount. i have two transaction which are not cleared,R359 +R499 I phoned absa customer service,the agent told me to go to the branch.i went to the branch they told me they dont assist with such transactions i must sent an email...on that email i have been getting Auto response only.
I have been on call holding for me than 30minutes just to speak to Customer service consultant.My funeral plan monthly subscribtion its on and off,every month its a different amount taken from my bank account.
Hellopeter can someone help me to BEG SUPERSONIC UNTIL THEY UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH THEM I GET MESSAGES AND EMAIL EVERYDAY FROM SUPERSONIC ABOUT MY ACCOUNT THAT IS SUSPENDED ,FEW MINUTES LATER ANOTHER ONE WILL COME ABOUT MY ACCOUNT BEING UNSUSPENDED.ITS AN EVERYDAY THING,IM EVEN TIRED OF TELLING THEM THAT I CANCELLED THEIR CONTRACT 7DAYS AFTER IT WAS DELIVERED AND THAT WAS YEARS BACK 2022/2023.
i have been waiting for my parcel since tuesday,i driver called me and said i should come meet him 5km away from my home and it was at the night i refused because we have paid for a door to door delivery since then i have not heard anything from Skynet when i trace the parcel there is no update since the 6 of may 2025.i called their customer service number, i have send many emails still IM NOT FINDING ANY JOY. RTM SHOULD STOP USING THIS COMPANY TO SEND OUR PARCELS.
theres a Lady called Palesa(i forgot her surname) @Camaf you have a gold with this lady,when we talk about customer care and going extra miles Palesa its the future. What she did for me,was huge she deserve all the kudos. i had a problem with the a claim,camaf couldnt find Dr s banking details.i called in everyday looking for a solution and all the consultants were just like the claim will be paid wherever we have the banking details.until the day i got hold of palesa(God s angel)she handled my query very well,she was very patient with the Irate i had became and finally the claim its paid.
i have never been so frustrated in my life.i an old data sim with vodacom getting 30GB paying R280.i recently took another contract online(blacfriday special) iphone 13 combo for R999.they now moved my data sim to to Red something which i will get 1.3gb for R341( do it even make sense) as frustrated as i was i called the vodacom customer care service i got a shock of my life,i was transfered to AFTER SALES DEP SPOKE TO PATIENCE WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE,SHOUTING AT ME,SPEAKING OVER ME,I THEN REQUESTED TO BE TRANSFERED TO SOMEONE LIKE HER SUPERVISOR(Keke malebe)SHE TOLD ME HER SUPERVISOR IS AT HOME,I MUST GO FETCH HER FROM HOME TO COME ON THE PHONE TO HELP AND JUST LIKE THAT SHE STOPED RESPONDING,I KEEPED SAYING HELLO HELLO,SHE LEFT ME TALKING TO MY SELF,I THINK SHE JUST MUTED ME AND WENT ON WITH HER LIFE.
TODAY I SPEND 2HOURS ON CALL WITH SANTAM AND STILL I GET DIFFERENT INFORMATIONS in a period of less than 30days this is my second complain about santam i just called the customer service and m told a lot of things which i do not understand m told the premium to be deducted from my account would be R1000 + which is totally different from the amount on my policy documents. I CAN TELL SANTAM THIS IF YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITH THE AMOUNT WE DID NOT AGREE ON,I WILL REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER AND CANCEL THE POLICY...SIMPLE
