Congratulations to Outdoor Warehouse for employing what may quite possibly be the most spectacularly *********** store manager I have ever encountered. I purchased two flat ice packs and a cooler, only to discover that the ice packs perform about as effectively as warm sponges. Since they were clearly not fit for purpose, I returned them in perfect condition. The manager enthusiastically announced that he would like to ‘test’ them. After his groundbreaking scientific experiment, I returned to hear the remarkable conclusion that he ‘unfortunately’ could not refund me or offer store credit. This was particularly interesting because the large sign in the store clearly states that returns are welcome if items are in their original packaging. Apparently that policy is more of a decorative suggestion than an actual rule. So for the grand sum of R160, Outdoor Warehouse has successfully managed to lose a customer who regularly shops there. Quite an impressive achievement for one individual.
I made a deposit a week ago and it wasn't processed. I have been hounding them and nobody seems to be able to help. Customer service is non existent - they just keep you on a line without resolving the issue. I certainly wont be doing business with them again.
Fantastic service - highly recommended platform for trading. Support staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Very disappointed with the after sales service. An urgent licensing matter has been ongoing, and despite repeated calls and messages, there has been no response or assistance. This has placed us in a difficult position with time sensitive documentation. Poor communication and lack of accountability. I sincerely hope this is resolved urgently.
I returned the dress today to the Garden Route Mall, I was very disappointed, the one sleeve was shorter than the other. My question is, who’s doing your QUALITY CONTROL?? A lady named Natasha Malherbe went out of her way to find me another dress. She really spent more than half an hour on the phone to Langeberg Mall and Mosselbay Mall. A person at Langeberg Mall got our hopes up and said they have 5 dresses (size medium) but they can’t keep one out for me because it went on SALE… I was going to drive there to buy one….hoping by the time I get there that it will still be available. Just before I left the Garden Route Malls Woolworths, someone from Langeberg Mall phoned Nastasha to say that she made a mistake and they don’t have this dress. I’m from Sedgefield, and already drove to George. My question now is, WILL YOU BE ABLE TO FIND ME THIS DRESS IN A SIZE MEDIUM without any quality problem?
I write this on behalf of a friend Annelene Jackobson who has has a terrible experience with Renault Tygervalley. She purchased a new Renault Kiger about a year ago. The vehicle started giving problems after 3 months so she took the vehicle to establish the cause of the problem. When she put the vehicle into reverse or geared down, it made a funny noise. Renault then claimed that it was not damaging to the motor and she should just ignore the problem. Then the passenger window started opening by itself so she took it in again and again and again. After 3 times they replaced the part but it continues to do the same. She also reported the lights that were no shining right so they claimed they fixed it, but they didn't. She has never encountered such *********** people in her life, they are an embarrasment to Renault. They whole experience has cost her so much time and money and it still hasn't been solved.
Took my vehicle for a test at Dekra George and they found 2 minor faults, wiper blade and light bulb. I returned after 3 weeks and was told I need to repay for the test. There was no date on the form indicating that I needed to bring it back before a certain date. ********* business practice.
They are making a mockery of people - giving them cheap Chinese-type quality at top price. People are stupid to continue buying this **** product. The question is ... what other products are there ? It seems newspaper will soon be a better option. They are making a mockery of consumers.
Order 124747061 refers: I placed the order for a laptop and your system had stock available, accepted my payment and confirmed delivery. Then delivery was delayed (this means the product was still available) and then I received a mail notifying me that the product is no longer available. When I found this amazing special, I immediately told a friend and he too ordered another laptop with a similar deal. His order has now also been delayed. This is false advertising - surely your inventory system should remove products that are no longer available. I insist on receiving either this product or something similar, failing which I will notify the media and also publicise this on social media.
Pathetic service ... paid for overnight delivery ... called a few times and still no parcel. Waybill ZCVQC3 ...
