Thank you Visani for taking time to sort out my prescription. You went the extra mile by doing the test until we were satisfied and I appreciate the effort.
Was waiting in the queue for almost an hour. The lady that assisted me (Vuyi Koni)was very friendly and had a smile on her face. Sorted out my issue almost immediately.
After trying to get a better rooter from Rain for me to plug in a antenna for better wifi signal they still cant help me. This is 3 months of trying. This day I need to make payment they call me saying I am in arrears?? This means they can't give me a new rooter. The agent refused to call me Mr Botha and kept on talking to me like I am at a lower standard than her on my first name!? She also dropped the call and I couldn't get a word in while she talked over me! Bad bad service. Rain....stop my service...I am sure I will get better service at another provider!
Lady at till refuses to take my order and asks people behind me if she can help them. I said i have a question about the menu and her reply was "dont worry, look and come ask me. I know the menu.' (It velt very much rasist.) No apology and when I said Ill go to KFC she said "thats fine, I dont mind'.
Re-instated my Public liability with no issues. Friendly staff and as always good service.
Waiting for more than a year for a simple R1000.00 withdrawal. They keep on escelating the issue. If you dont follow up NO one gets back to you!!??
I had to do a sim swop as my wife's fones got ******. (Smash and grab) I did blacklist the phones after the insadent. After explaining to twelve call centre agents and a manager they still cant activate the new sim card. This should be a priority as all our passwords and personal info is now in the hands of theives. Not to mention going to the MTN store three times to actually get the sim card. One agent even said "don't worry, there are alot of ****** phones, the list is long" I belive MTN and their agents feel nothing for their customers!
