Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview - Worse Service from Lappies Labuschagne - Reporting to Derk Vanniekerk I selected Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview to fix my car which is on warranty with Discovery Insure/M-sure because the car was bought from this dealership. I have received the worse service ever. Since my car was delivered to them by a Towing truck on the 19th of February until today I haven't received any feed back progress. When I spoke to M-sure they are also struggling to communicate with this service manager Lappies labuschagne. Though I tried to speak to his Manager Derk Vanniekerk sounded clueless of what is happening in his department. I don't even trust this Lappies guy even quoted my car accordingly. I can be happy if my car can moved from this service manager and handed over to someone who will prioritise this job. I have phoned multiple times, left messages and he doesn't care to call back. When I spoke to Msure they told me that thay are also struggling to get hold of this guy. He does respond even to their emails. This is bad for such a big company.

Credit card online application system very bad. I app**** online, declined and was never explained the reason for the decline. Everytime when I phone trying to get the reason I am sent back and forth.
Very disappointed with Standard Bank HomeLoan department. A simple request to change debit order detail with all information required provided. Request was initially submitted on 2nd of October with detail given sent to the correct email, every time when I phone, they keep on saying they can't find an email and they are escalating.
Have been struggling to get a paid-up letter from Debt Review for my credit card. Only after 2 weeks I received a wrong letter, Vehicle account instead of Card Account.
I have been trying to get hold of ADT accounts services, service is terrible. I have phoned more than countless times trying to get hold of accounts department for a refund as was told it was going to be loaded automatically and was told there was no use for me to phone and follow-up. They are never available to help. Their customer service desk are let to try and help with accounts queries.
I had a minor scratch on my car on the 02.10.2020 which I immediately reported and was advised to submit the claim with all necessary photos according to what the assessor had requested which was sent within few hours. Few days after I was advised to go and drop the car at the allocated Panel Beater, (Renew-it Bedfordview), a very unprofessional panel beating company which I even ask myself what criteria do Outsurance used to nominate such a company. Outsurance then phoned and advised that the car was finished, and I should go to collect. When I got there I was surprised to find that the car was not even inspected and passed by an Outsurance representative, the car was not washed (still had s****ing razors on top of the car), sensors all around had stopped working, so I had to leave the car. Since this days, I have been phoned by Terry Martins service consultant from Outsurance. She is not informed of what is happening, she had been advising with unconfirmed information about inspector going out and the car getting delivered which until today it hasn't happened. I am very disappointed and worried about such service from such a big entity.
I am very disappointed with ABSA card division and credit Life. It has been 8 months when I requested the credit Life insurance to stopped because it was taken over by Debt Buster. Several time the Debt review company requested them, I also phoned on the 02 of June and spoke to Posy Vegama, she confirmed the request was only received on the 14.05.2020 and this has a turn around time of 30 working days. Europcar is so unprofessional, I rented their car and another driver bumped me at the Hotel. We immediately went to the Europcar in Durban, King Shaka. We gave the report and got IR the same time. The other driver also gave her details, and the insurance details. It took a month for Europcar claim process to start. I was then contacted by the rep from the third party, who requested all the info again which I provided within an hour. 9 days later, the Third Party company sent me an email to inform that the person who had the documents left the company. Its surprising that such a big company doesn't have a proper system that if one resource leaves they will struggle to retrieve work of someone who has left. To me it is just a lie, it only an unprofessional way of dealing with their clients.
I logged a claim with Standard Bank for my home owner insurance. They allocated the claim to one of their nominated company who responded immediately after the claim was logged for the first time. Few months later I had a problem with my gate motor again, I contacted the nominated company, who took weeks before they came to my place. They showed no interest in looking the problem but this is within the warranty period. The gate has stoppe working again and it is a struggle for me to get them to come to my place even after I contacted Standard Bank, my insurer told me to be patient with this company but its not helping. My gate motor is still not working even after I have raised the concern about their service provider, Standard Bank is not helping. The company has made many appointment which they do not honor.
