I'm out of words my account was hacked someone withdraw money from my account I called bayway I went to police station and submitted the case number and deregister the account I tried to withdraw again same thing happened the money went to different account which is tyme bank they have all the info but won't disclose to me they say they will disclose to the police but what pusiled me how can someone with draw three times on my account with them and they not even willing to help to refund me as the person hacked on my batway account now of which it's supposed to be secure please help if anyone can help I'm out of options no one giving me feedback on how my grievance is going now I lost about R2500
Hi my name is Nkosinathi Khulu me and my wife Thulisile Khulu took out cartrack for 2 of our cars comprahansive package now problem started when technicians had to come and put the tracker and dashchams they came and did so but one car was on added the emergency tag thanbthe really problems started when they have to reschedule the appointment I'm telling the he'll we've been through with my wife it's unbelievable this people they will call while we at work spend about 15 minutes doing the reschedule that will end up not happening I'm telling you it's been a month this happening reschedule about 4 times il have to stay at home wait for someone whole never come. So un professional I wonder if I lost my car how will they help 🤔

Today I went to Tiger wheel in three rivers around 9h00 for the company car to do quarterly tyre check up on to find the car needed to be changed both front tyres needed to be changed fair enough the process took about 3 hours to this as i left there 12h30 the other customers came in they were helped quickly first and left early I'm not sure if its because they were white so the white guy who was helping me didn't care even if I told him this is taking too Long, I'm very disappointed with the service I received from them.
