I just want to compliment the staff of Ackermans Hibiscus Mall in Margate. They are so professional and helpful when it is needed. I always go there for shopping, but mostly to collect my click and collect parcels. They attend to their customers immediately and with a happy smiling face. I just want to let you know that we see you guys đâ¤ī¸đ
I'm so furious with MTN. Their airtime theft is on another level, they automatically subscribe their customers on some ridiculous subscription service. My data only SIM is always on my router and when I checked I had a subscription that cost R39 per week and they already deducted R30 from my spend limit. Now I'm left with a debt of a subscription that I know nothing about. I also have a prepaid card and they do the same, my friends and family are also complaining about the same problem. Before recharging with airtime you must first check for subscriptions that you didn't authorise, otherwise mtn will ***** your airtime.
I don't know what's wrong with Wonga now, I've been working with them for more than a year but never had this experience. I have paid manually before but it has never taken this long for funds to reflect on my loan account, I paid up and even sent proof of payment but Blake and associates won't stop calling even after I called to tell them I paid. I'm very disappointed shame đ
Zeropay deserves a zero star rating, I mean how do you charge a penalty fee in the morning of the payment due date. Not every bank processes money transfers at midnight, why not wait for business to close at least before they charge you. I am definitely not using them again, I'll just continue with my PayJustNow

I'm so disappointed with Nedbank. When they sell the My goals plus account they say it comes with Free greenbacks benefit. I didn't get that that benefit instead they kept on charging me for it, I called them a few months back and complained and they returned my money. But they didn't stop charging me for the following months, I am not happy at all with this bank that I used to adore so much.
