Wrong product was sent and this is not the first time. And when requesting replacement with correct product they just give refund instead of giving product ordered. So now if I want the correct product I need to put order again and pay delivery fee again. I didn't make the mistake Takealot, you did.

Preparing for move : Lots of admin but this ensured that move went smooth. Did not talk to any human though. Super annoying not to get a meet and greet call and advising of process. Actual move : They were on time, friendly and efficient.
Contact through website request call back took 1 hour just say any time now with no one calling. Sars call Centre put phone down while trying to find out why address is incorrect as I submitted this address given 6 tax years. Not able to give status progress. Say I contact them in January again. I did my part to find out if anything is still required. Sars can send a letter if they need anything further.
This is a pyramid scheme. I joined because I was hoping to recommend the app to make money. I tried the app by trying to plan a trip but I was not able to do it. So if I am not able to use the app, how can I recommend it to friends. So this is not a viable income stream. I took this up with Ortus. They advised that you still share in the pie of profits even if I don't get anyone to join. Only received 1 payment since I joined in October 2023. I attended a meeting today again to see if I missed something. The focus was on getting people under you who needs to join and you then get money from that. They did not deny that this is a pyramid scheme when I raised this fact. Definitely will not recommend them or the app.
I ordered a BT transmitter /receiver and added some other stuff to get free delivery. Takealot sent wrong product so I requested replace. Now Takealot says they don't have the product. Does Takealot now give me free delivery to get product when ordering again?

Insurance company sent them to fix geyser and while doing this they made a hole right through the wall into the other room. They are not willing to take responsibility for this and fix this. Will not recommend them.
Mr D must not deliver on behalf of Takealot, because they don't deliver. Still struggle to get parcel that was supposed to be delivered 26th /27 Oct
