Waiting since 18h24 to speak to an agent on the chat and it is now 19h24 and still no repsonse . Been without internet for the whole day
I have been dealing with Digicape for a number of years and have never been disappointed in the level of service and efficiency when dealing with queries. Every single person I have dealt with at Digicape over the years have been professional, courteous and overall very pleasant to engage with. Digicape really sets the bar when it comes to all round customer service , from purchase to after sales service. Thank you Digicape.
Not happy with the way A&G is handling my claim . Asking me for documents that they were supposed to have received from a assessor that they have appointed as per their "terms and conditions". Then they have the audacity that they will follow up in a week. I have no words to the level of inefficiency that is happening here.
Arguably the worst when it comes to delivery of products and service. Waited more than 3 weeks to have item delivered only to be the wrong colour (blue instead of pink and wrong cover ) Countless follow ups from my side and very, very little efforts made from there sides. Arrange collection of incorrect product without notifying me when this will be happening so I could not make arrangements. Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
DSV is a poor service provider , I am still waiting for my card to be delivered. Please change your courier as I am seriously considering cancelling my Discovery Bank products because of this absolutely atrocious service from DSV.
Got a call from Ilhaam telling me that my order would be delivered between 10am and 12pm on Tuesday the 24th December 2024. Recieved a SMS at 12h17 saying driver was on the way. Still waiting for the driver to arrive and it is now 18h20. Called DSV waited for 15 minutes only to be told my query is being escalate and then transferred to Cape Town branch, waited about another 10 minutes and then requested a call back, STILL WAITING. Absolutely terrible service and definitely will not recommend using DSV for deliveries.
Went in for a knee operations at the Fores**** facility and the experience was nothing short of brilliant, from the cleaning team to the nurses and doctors I had the most pleasant experience.
Very disappointed in the service given. Called 3 times on Thursday 29 August and was promised call backs on all 3 occasions and it is 2 days later and still waiting for a call back. Spoke to Thabi, Jonathan (Credit Department) and Ruth (banking assistant) . Relationship with Discovery Bank started so well and was considering moving my whole portfolio to Discovery but after this experience I will be staying where I am. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Khanyiswa Mbaliseli in your pre-authorisation department, was an absolute delight to deal with. She was professional, patient and resolved my query effortlessly. Very happy with this service.
After a very bad interaction with the FNB connect team they have redeemed themselves by providing a solution to my problem and not excuses. Manqoba , who has been dealing with me from the start, was very diligent in getting this resolved and appreciate his efforts on this. I was not expecting anything to be resolved but Manqoba probably put in alot of effort to solve this problem. Appreciate the efforts from Manqoba and FNB has found a little bit of redemption.
