How do you advertise that you have stock, but once the order is placed and paid for, then you maintain that in the small print that you have 4 weeks before you ship? Your guy said it would be shipped within 2 weeks, then said the following week. So it should have shipped the 29th of August. I paid the 8th of August. If you have stock, why has it not been shipped yet? Why are you refusing a refund? I started asking around, it seems like the boxes warp after a couple of years. How can anyone trust that you are going to deliver a good product, as you could hide behind the small print that says you are not liable for damaged items delivered.
After buying an Alva 16l water heater and setting it up, i sent it back to takealot. The Alva staff lie and say the device can work with a mixer, but on the website it says it doesn't work with a mixer, so then the water is too hot. They packed it incorrectly and sent it back to me,and said i should send it back, then refused to take it back. It seems like the solenoid doesn't kick in all the time to let the gas flow, which it didn't do before sending it in. Alva now says it doesnt have a warranty and they wont let me bring it to check it out. The device has water in and out, gas in and a battery.... Very little you as a user can mess with. A COC is to protect your property not protect a company from selling cheap junk. Probably better to order it directly from China and save money. Maybe its time to support Amazon instead.

After many complaints about your drivers doing deliveries for other companies and food getting here cold.....and just keep saying "this is not the service we normally do"....it seems like that is the service you offer. Last week your guy went offline for 20 mins with my food.....he said he couldnt start his bike....why would he go offline and not reply to messages. Why would he need to start his bike if he was still driving and why go offline? After he got here with cold food which i refused to pay for, that he took back....you have now removed the cash option.....which means you plan to hold me ransom and expect me to be happy with cold food. If there isnt a cash option, then i dont believe you will ever be held accountable, which means i cant support you.....
Why does your staff keep lying? I sent an email, to which i was told i need to go to the branch. I called and was told i need to go to the branch with ID etc to get a better RCA/RCP rate. I went to the branch and was told by the manager that they dont negotiate rates and that i cant change the rates on the loan....how is that possible. Do you really not care about a customer thats been with you for 30 years? Do i really need to move my accounts to another bank?
Why am i expected to pay for something that wasnt delivered? why dont you have drivers with working cars? why is it ok for your drivers to call customers liars? I placed the order and an hour later it hadnt left and the driver said his car wont start.....then he said i lied about the order already taking an hour. mcdonalds takes less than 10 min to make a meal and i live 15mins from them.....
After canceling the virgin cards, why are we expected to pay everything with high interest rates? Why am i forced to apply for a new card? Why wernt the cards just replaced? Why should i sacrifice money i was putting into the card that i was going to use for a rainy day? Why hand me over while i am waiting for your idiots to reply to me? Why did your collection agents lie to me....they said once i paid the arrears i could just go get a new card with all my credit etc still available. Is this not how a crime syndicate operates?
