I wish there was an option not for even giving a one star. I contacted Cartrack to remove their devices from my old vehicles which I traded in on a new vehicle on 23 Dec 19 at 17:18. I was given the amount it will cost me for the installation and removing it from my old vehicles. The arrangement was made that funds need to be available in my bank account which I insured was the case. On 27 Dec 19, I phoned Cartrack again, I had to explain the whole story again. Arrange the debit order from my account again. Nothing happened. I phoned on 03 Jan 20 again had to arrange everything again. I was told they tried to phone me on several occasions for the arrangement. Cartrack you must wake up to modern technology. Cellphones show missed calls so that excuse don't stick. I have zero missed calls from you. So all that happened is my money was deducted from my bank account on 03 Jan 20 but with no success there after. On 06 Jan 19, I phoned again and then the lady just put the phone down in my ear not willing to assist me. Well Cartrack you lost my vehicle on 09 Feb 19 which was stolen and as it is I don't think much of your company. Now I have to struggle with this as well. I wish you want to cancel my contracts with you to no further cost to me as I am severely disappointing in your services that is not provided. Please don't install your devices in my new vehicles because I don't trust you, you failed me before. If I knew how unprofessional you are, I would have never ever put my trust to find my vehicles after they are stolen in you as a company. I will also reverse that debit order on my account because you removed funds from my bank account for a service which is not rendered yet. Today Tracker will install a device in my vehicle. Really I cannot wait until Cartrack wake up some time in the far future. You can't care, you take my money monthly, that is where your services end. I will rather put my trust in Tracker as they are delivering a better service. They are much more professional.
I bought a vehicle from Jazz Wheels a while ago. As we know, all second hand vehicles have a load of problems. This one also had a few not that serious issues. When I returned the vehicle for repairs, these guys repaired my vehicle and I didn't paid a cent. These people stand by you and don't let you down. I will in future support them again for sure. They vehicles are affordable and they have a wide variety of vehicles.
I installed a skytrax device in one of my vehicles on 26 Apr 19 with a lot of nice promises of safe and good service according to their website. The booklet I received after the installation stated that I will receive log in details when I become a member of Tracker which I think I am. Well obviously I am not because I received no log in data for the Tracker app. The app and the whole Tracker website is not consumer friendly. I struggle with it and receive zero assistance from Tracker. I am starting to get the feeling this was a serious wrong choice and Tracker will only collect my money monthly with little service and when my vehicle is stolen it will be sorry we lost the signal sir. I think they must come and remove their devices because I am not willing to struggle daily with ****.
The KFC at Sediba Plaza at hartebee****rtdam is a disaster wrt to their drive thru. They must change it to a wait thru. Every time when I buy KFC from the outlet I utilize the drive thru as I am a disabled person. When you ordered your meal you drive, you pay, but at the collection point you are told to go and wait in the parking bay opposite the KFC for your food. There are normally no parking because everyone visiting KFC park their vehicles there also. So KFC Hartebee****rt (Sediba Plaza) you either need to expand your parking space or speed up your driveway services. Soon vehicles will definitely crash into each other. Make a plan
I had a very good experience with Auto & General insurance company. When they stole my vehicle on 09 Feb 19 it was a big shock for me, because something like that never ever happened to me. After Car track lost the vehicle signal all hope of recovering the vehicle was lost. I came to the conclusion I will never ever see the vehicle again. I also did not look forward of doing the claim process as I in my life thus far never claimed anything from the Insurance, I always read that these people take your money monthly but when they need to pay out they have a lot of stories and do not pay out claims. But from the first call I did to Auto & General, I felt comfortable, knowing these people are professionals well organised. I registered the claim and the lady was at great assistance to me. On the 11th February 2019 I was called by a person named Pieter Naude. A really nice person Afrikaans speaking. He is a nice friendly person. He explained to me everything I need to do. He contacted me back keeping me updated wrt my claim. It took a week or 2 to obtain the vehicle's papers but after I deregistered the vehicle I delivered the package as requested to him. He received the package on Tuesday 05 March 2019. He informed me he received the package and is satisfied with its contents. He also told me he will phone me back On Wednesday 06 March 2019 about the progress wrt the payment. He also stated that it will take seven days to reflect in my account. Well my payment was made and I am a very satisfied happy customer. So I wish to request the management of Auto & General to thank Mr Pieter Naude for his excellent service. Pieter I thank you for excellent service, you made my life much easier for me. You are a huge asset to your company. Thanks
My vehicle was stolen this morning in Pretoria North at 10:26. I reported the loss at 11:00 when I discovered it stolen. Cartrack reported they can see it driving but Cartrack lost the signal. No news. I had to call for feedback. It was confirmed by their Tracking office that their chopper was 5 min late in the area after the battery of the vehicle was disconnected. The ground crew arrived 15 min later their call room excuse was they vehicles was hold up by traffic as they come all the way from Johannesburg and they can't speed. So it's 21:40 now no news yet. Vehicle is lost. I am disappointed with them. They also don't give feedback I must phone them. I will never trust them again. I am disabled and now my vehicle is gone. I will not be able to purchase a new one, because my job is temporary. I put my trust in your promises but you didn't stand up to the challenge Cartrack.
I applied to refinance my wife car balloon payment on the 20 October 2018, after I was told by a Karen to wait till after the 17th of October to apply. I was given the reference number ********** 7. I phoned Wesbank Balloon refinancing on a weekly basis to inquire wrt the application. I am constantly told an Investor will contact you. The balloon payment is due on 15 October 2018. If the balloon is not paid my wife's name will be placed on the credit Bureau for breach of contract. Maybe this is a new trend to get people with good credit names registered on the credit bureau. I was even told by one of the assistants that I don't have to worry I did my part, but today I was told no if there is no contract in place by the 15th October 2018 Wesbank will reposes the vehicle. Today I was also told after it was confirmed by a previous assistant that my uploaded documentation is suddenly missing. So Wesbank what are you going to do about this, because it seems to me reporting the matter to Hellopeter is the only way to maybe get results.
I made a booking for accommodation in the Phalaborwa area in September 2018. When I made the booking I had to pay the full amount of accommodation to the amount of R 402.00. Due to reasons out of my control I had to cancel the booking resulting in me losing the R 402.00 in total. I phoned booking.com and inquire about this but was told sorry if you cancel we take your money. I feel that booking.com by doing this actually steal the public's money by not delivering a service. I now need to pay that amount from my pocket back to my employer. Booking.com will never ever see me again.
On 29 Sep 17 I visited Nedbank Hartebee****rtdam (Village Mall) The bank is packed with clients for the tellers. Only 2 tellers are assisting clients. These 2 tellers also assist other clients with general enquiries. So mt question is why is there personal bankers
I wrote a review wrt the bad service of MTN on Wednesday . I was called by Alice van der Merwe and given an email address of ********** Now I tried since Monday to email to this address with no success. I tried it in all different ways still no success. I was given her contact number, on Monday no answer, yesterday it was answered by her stating her email must reload I must try again at 13:30 which I did, no success. I tried phoning again no answer. In the meantime the attorneys of MTN is busy nailing me for outstanding funds of a contract I know nothing about. I see big fun when my name is on ITC. I need big money, I want to retire out of MTN so carry on. It seems to me at the end I will have no choice but to put my attorney on this case with cost for MTN. If your email is not serviceable it is not my problem. You made the error you rectify it. Still I don't have any copy of the so called contract I have with you. I was told to sign my signature on the ID copies for what reason? If this matter is not resolved within 2 days, I will have no alternative but to inform my attorney to take over and resolve this for me.
