I am extremely disappointed with Mafori Finance and the way they handled my case. I was promised assistance with debt restructuring and was told that their Mafori lawyer would help remove my bad debt. They deducted money directly from the loan amount for these services. However, they never provided any of the assistance they promised. I paid for services that were never rendered. Despite sending multiple emails to complain and request clarity, no one has responded to me. It is very concerning that they ignore customer complaints, yet they have no problem calling me when they want to offer a top-up loan. To make matters worse, they claimed they had written off my university debt. When I informed the consultant that I have never attended university, she abruptly dropped the call on me. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Mafori Finance to be very careful and to fully understand what you are signing up for.
Great service, my car is safe with them. They called me because car battery was disconnected due to mechanical issues. They asked me if everything OK with my car.
Moonlight must stop misleading their clients, selling lies and false information. People must not fall for this special of "no waiting period" from Moonlight. They are lying. They should just say straight that there is a 3 months waiting period instead of saying no waiting period. They are misleading people. When you join the special, they say 1st month they only assist with paper registration. 2nd months is for those that are going to Zimbabwe, then only on 3rd month they offer a full service. So why not be specific on point to say 3 months waiting period. You are misleading us.
Old mutual is a lier and ****MERS. They are not selling funeral products only, but selling lies. They just covering themselves with funeral products but behind them they are liers. I joined through a financial advisor a funeral policy. She explained to me terms and conditions of the product. Now come to the claim process old mutual plays hide and seek. They don't do according the product I bought. I was warned and saw the bad review at social medias but I continued signing up for their product not knowing that I will be their victim. Always old mutual don't treat it's client with respect. They always want clients to fight to get their benefits. Clients stuck with funeral arrangements because old mutual decided not to payout as terms and conditions
I owed Lendplus money I got an discount offer to settle the account. Before I even pay the arranged amount they debited more than what we agreed on and they still claim that I owe them money. I paid them in full and do not owe Lendplus any amount.
Multichoice upgraded me to the higher plan without informing me. The plan includes Showmax for free. I am unable to watch showmax it gives me hiccups even if I try to downgrade it gives me problems. I don't that plan they put me in. I want to go back to my original plan please the one I can afford to pay monthly. You the one that upgraded me now I'm struggling to downgrade
Fnb took a money that was meant for my debit orders for their so called unpaid fees. I know that whenever I use my card to swipe my money is becoming lesser and reserved from my balance. My monthly debit orders are not paid because of a greedy fnb. I regret joining this bank I should have stayed with my previous bank. Now am in arrears because my money was taken for unnecessary things. How can they made such a nonsense decision. I really regret moving to fnb. This is a worst bank😡
This Insurance company keeps on deducting money from my bank account even though I do not have a policy with them. I cancelled the policy December 2023 but they keeps on doing whatever they like into my bank account meaning they are now *****ing. They don't reply to their emails but they so good to debit accounts.
I paid Nairtime in full last year 2023 for the advance I took and the account was closed. It was shown as closed account. Recently it appears again and blacklist me for R1 that I don't even know what is for. When I called them, the lady I spoke with told me that it was a system error and that will be fixed by the end of July 2024. To my surprise the account is still appears and in arrears. When I called again the very same I called, no one is answering saying I must leave a message. I sent numerous email to them but no answer. I'm sitting with a mess credit score because of Nairtime
I was assisted by the lady Bernadine Golden, she was so willing to listen to me unlike the other consultants who they insisted that my account is in arrears
