I was there accompanying my cousin and I felt like I was n a comedy musical. They did their job but kept us engaged and interested in them. They really know great service while noting that we are but people Great experience indeed
This is a new establishment at Eastgate Lane Office Park and the Service is impeccable. The look and feel of the place is pleasing, also caters for kids and sport fanatics. To order and to be there physically is the same feel and quality. Thank you for the unique experience Sass

Extremely Aloof, Poor, Reckless Customer Service from Truelove Nomdumiso Hlabisa at the Eastgate Mall Branch, Kiosk section. She had no interest in doing her job since I stepped by the Kiosk but engage in conversations with her colleagues, which she continued WHILE she was "serving" me, which prevented her from hearing my request for a plastic bag, 3 times. I always get my lunch at Checkers and should be a quick and breezy experience but she made it annoying! Poor!
I bought a pair for myself, in welcoming Spring ๐ผ and I won the 'Best Dressed' at work The sneaker took the cup of my whole outfit It kept me at the centre of attraction and attention. Very comfortable because I just had to walk around and show off, naturally. Thanks B
The OUTSURANCE LEGAL DEPARTMENT CONSULTANTS aka "besties" are amazing on the phones. You can tell that they are well-trained in Phone Etiquettcy and they are fully aware of the job they're doing, which is mainly working with people. It's always a pleasure (ear-candy) speaking to them all. Outsurance really is shining via them. Love y'all Lots like Jelly tots๐๐๐ #im giving them 10 xillion stars and more๐
I was only buying 2items and was in a rush. There was no one at the tills and a lady had her back to the tills. I WAITED to see if she would turn around but that did not happen until another employee came from the door and altered her of my presence. Even then she got annoyed and kept quiet while scanning my purchase. The only thing I was happy about was the purchase, the variety and that I had found what I was looking for and at an affordable price hence I got more. Eastgate Pep (clothing) has very nice merchandise but the employees are aloof. Poor
I was at Maponya Mall Ackermans Connect Saturday midday. It's a small shop in a corner. So they sell phone and phone gadgets, which are locked in. I realised this when I wanted a Power Bank. So I made my way to the till point, where I WAITED for assistance. One guy was busy with a Customers and the other 2 ladies were unbothered. When one of them decided to assist me, I had to explain 3 times what I wanted as she was still engaged with the "gossip" And when she finally unlocked my purchase (as it's locked on the wall display, otherwise I would've long taken it myself) she passed me to another person. This was a terrible little annoyance as I thought it would be a quick in-and-out purchase 4 staff members, corner-wide shop but no Super Service. Poor I wanted
I went to do my brows (tint and wax) and the reception was ANNOYINGLY unpleasant. The ladies are very unprofessional and lack ALOT of Customer Service Skills. Very disappointed as beautifying oneself is supposed to be the****utic.
