KFC HERM****'s service is worst than pathetic. I ordered online. When delivery was due later, the order was cancelled with pending refund in 14 days. I re-ordered to pick it up with the option for q-skip. Order was late wit 30minutes. Personnel looking away when you speak to her. It is so disrespectful and unproffesional. WILL NOT SUPPORT KFC anymore. They're better off closed. Happened few times back also.
There is a certain driver, Lee Brandt, that has an attitude problem and causes my deliveries to run late. Issue was taken up telsphonically with head office, but not resolved. The driver lives in Herm**** and delivers for Checkers Station Mall.
Had a water leak in the kitchen. Reported claim and weeks afterwards it was finally fixed. Same water leak occurred, reported it twice to Outsurance without any reply. Only a promise to call us back which did not happen until now. Replace kitchen cupboards are damage by the minute as water covers the floor. This is pathetic as it is at a guesthouse where guests are able to see the mess.......
I have a contract with Vox with a line from Frogfoot. My service was disconnected due to a late payment. My account was updated 2 days later. Eversince I struggle to get my line re-connected. Vox blames Frogfoot for not re-connecting. This is not my problem. I've paid for a service I dont have. We're in the middle of the month already. Wake up!
No internet after many complaints. Paid for the month, but no internet! Reported it several times only to get a ticket number. That is where it stops. If I don't call, nothing happens. Had to make several calls without any result. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!
I am so fedup with bad service. I usually like to compliment people, but sometimes bad service just need to be mentioned. Years back (+-7 yrs) I was under debt review. It is actually when it ended. I informed FNB of clearance which was never updated. I paid extra funds on my homeloan and wanted to access it. Now they cry debt review....I sent proof of clearance and emails confirming from Fnb that clearance was done. Management, as they call them takes days to "re-clear' my name so that I may have access to my funds. I will never ever ever ever do business with Fnb again. Wish my homeloan can get paid in full. Client service is very poor. No communication unless you call, hold for 40min+.... Their motto should rather be:"How can we ignore you more?" This is the worst bank I ever had to engage with.
