I received a parcel from Ram sooner than promised, so thought I'd give them a try. I logged everything through their website, the package was collected on time and delivered sooner than expected. The tracking feature on their website is great too. To top it all, the price was fantastic - will recommend without hesitation
My order was delivered sooner than expected. Unfortunately the wrong product was delivered, but the return and refund process was prompt and professional. I would be happy to use bash in the future, despite the glitch with my order.
The product quality is good, however dealing with Eva-Last in Cape Town is very difficult. The telephone went unanswered, calls were not returned, communication between Eva-Last and the installer was inadequate - the final approved plan was not supplied to the installer. The initial delivery was incomplete and the installer had to purchase materials so as not to delay the project. All of this damaged my trust of the product as a whole.
Kenneth's customer service and product knowledge is excellent. The product range is great and prices are good. The website is very useful in giving you an idea of the cost of your project (there is a Build-Your-Own function). The lead times are quite long (3 weeks), but accurate, which helps with planning. Unfortunately, delivery is a bit of a shambles, with items missing.
I had windows removed and replaced with sliding doors.The quoting process was thorough and detailed. Installation was on time and professional. The quality of the doors and locking system is great. Plastering and waterproofing was neat. The site was left clean and tidy. Staff were professional and helpful. The bonus is that Matthew's Aluminium is able to do demolition and make good, without requiring the services of an additional contractor. An unreserved recommendation all round.
I took my vacuum cleaner in for repair, and a week later, after phoning four times, I still did not receive any feedback, despite promises of a return phone call each time. Communication and customer service is non-existent - at best, indifferent.
In November Vodacom billed me at the MMS rate for SMSs I sent on 3/11 & 5/11. I queried this and received this reply: \Concluding with the investigation it was established the subscriber was billed correctly for creating MMS events and nothing untoward on the subscriber billing records. Please note also that when you send a sms and the sms is too big then the device automatically converts the sms into a mms, hence you were billed for MMS's.\" I sent screenshots of the SMSs I sent, to prove that the SMSs were not too big.<br> <br> I received this reply: \"Concluding with the investigation it was established the subscriber was billed correctly for creating MMS events and nothing untoward on the subscriber billing records. Due to Post-paid billing not being rated in real time, the subscriber had.\"<br> <br> I replied: \"This response does not make sense. Please will you provide me with a reasonable answer or explanation, or I will be obliged to take this matter further.\"<br> <br> Vodacom responded: \"I am sorry that you feel this way, however the feedback remains unchanged.\"<br> <br> I find this most unsatisfactory and will continue to escalate this complaint until I receive a credit or a reasonable answer to my query."
