I am absolutely dissatisfied and annoyed with this company, I don't know what sort of **** products they are making these days really, I bought a mobicell P11 plus on 26 December 2025 within a month this phone starts glitching and overheating and shutting down for no reason you sometimes can't even spend 10 minutes on It or don't use it for hours and it still does this! What if a emergency happens now I have to rely on a phone like this! I contacted them regarding this and the answer I got was take the phone back to store where I bought it and they will investigate which is standard procedure I understand that but to not do loan phones they told me this straight,this is the only phone I have and I use it for job applications and more I don't have a steady income so I cannot afford to just buy another phone! It just a font care attitude and I am clearly not the first person this has happened to because the responses are very cold!
After the bad experience and service I received from two drivers, bolt and one driver turned things around thank you for that however they should have a look at their prices because sometimes it is honestly ridiculous and you struggle to find the correct car to accommodate your needs that should be looked at as well!
After the bad experience I had a couple of times with this product in February this year, I must say it took a while however they turned it around for me I received full feedback and a apology and a voucher from them! Thank you
Wow where do I begin with this review, absolutely dissatisfied in this Company and its drivers, now I am not a new customer of bolt but the nightmare experience I had on 26 Feb 2026 was just not on for me. Firstly book a ride with driver one he comes to the pick up location says he is here, I told him on the chat I don't see him where is he, I said I am at the entrance, he said he is as well, even walked up and down the yard to check out for him a blue Datsun Go no one insight before I could say please come into the yard this chap cancels the ride with no warning no further correspondence for this a R39 is deducted of my bank account this amount is still not paid back to me. Tried again to book a ride for three people and we were only two but this is what I do when I have groceries with me and I try to also tip the driver a bit extra because of this reason and most accept it some do complain a bit but when you do this they are fine again now at this stage we could not find a driver. A bit later tried to book again driver number two now he was just the worst, they deduct a R59.00 and the driver comes to pick up location throws a massive tantrum because of the groceries and tells me that he does not have space in his car keep in mind he driver a polo sedan which the stuff would have easily fit in to boot and the floor of the back seats but he had a issue with this, he says to me he is not doing this for a R29 at this point I get angry and told him get your facts straight and showed him on my phone is for R59 and he started raising his voice at me I said I will be putting in a complaint with Bolt and he straight told me he does not care and cancelled the ride and drove away I was charged with R20 cancellation fee, the R59 is still not back in my account as this was not my fault why should I have to pay any of this! I sent a email to the Bolt support with all the proof from my bank account and their app as well as my contact email and number , two days later 4 different people sending emails at random times all of a sudden can not find my account or any rides or deductions, I find this ridiculous to say the least they employ people who does not know how to do their jobs and drivers who should not be working with people at all. I will not be making use of their services anymore because and I will not be recommending them to anyone, unless you want headaches.
I have bought this product since it came out and never had a problem with anything but the last three or four times I have bought this product it has had holes and dents in them, it was not at any of the ends no it was usually from the 4th slice on wards to the middle. What makes me so upset is that bread has become very expense and I sent an email to the customer care department regarding this matter it has been two days now and they have not even bothered to respond back with a call or email or any form of communication this is just sad that this is the service delivery that one gets these days, you would never have seen this back in the day, companies don't care anymore it is all about profits now a days and bottom lines,
I have been ordering a while now through Mr D by pick n pay and today I can honestly say I am absolutely disappointed, first I order milk,ice cream,Pepsi and two ready made chickens from PnP Newton park the driver delivered only the milk and ice cream okay so accepted they had no stock on other item then I decide to order the chicken with back up and Pepsi from PnP Walmer again a disappointment only the Pepsi is available now I am being charged R40 delivery fee for R28 worth of cool drink even worse I ordered pepsi max they send me pepsi 0 sugar!!! I can honestly say I dont think I will shop with them again because my I felt my blood pressure spike due to this run around and confusion, it really is not fair towards your clients terrible service!!!
After being with this network for years I think it's time to go to another network I have never in my life had such a bad experience with them, I have two Vodacom numbers the one I ported with my fnb e sim I was sent an SMS yesterday morning to say the porting has begun on this number, at 7:40pm last night my network went out and is still out and it is not my phone that is the problem because my other sim works in the same phone, i phone Vodacom customer care now and you have to speak to Tobi the chat bot that tells me the number is not valid I have had this number for almost 2 years and I have bought airtime and data and calls were made and received etc with no issues and now all of a sudden it is not valid number, you are wasting my time as you can't even do a self services or speak to human that will understand what you are saying I think I will just move over to another network as I am not dealing with this in the future!!!
Good day, if you are looking for a payday loan, I recommend you do not use this company at all, they are not professional at all instead they ignore your emails and phone calls, this was my experience, for 2 months it went well no issues applications went through money was paid out semi quickly, the 3rd month is when it started i app**** for a loan and the account was blocked for whatever reason i can only now reapply 31.03.2025, I sent an email last week to find out what this reason was for this, I can only assume that it is because I did not qualify for the amount asked for, to date its been almost a week there was no call no response on my emails from them,a friend of mine had a different experience his salary came in 1 day late payment went off and they blocked his account with no communication, absolutely pathetic customer services or non whatsoever.Clearly this is a company that has enough business and they do not need anything from us smaller guys!!!
What a bad experience and run around with cell c after being a loyal customer for years and finally when you need there team from the Greenacres store in Port Elizabeth to customer care department absolutely pathetic just to be able to do a sim swap it's like pulling teeth you pass a the security questions and you buy a non-rica sin.csrd from them then they fight with you to say it is not valid! Now it seems they have blocked me with customer care as it keeps giving me different options and not the options needed to resolve this matter! If I am not called today still with a resolution by a manager who knows what they are doing I will go to the rest of social media and advise people to not use your network! This is pathetic running around for 3 hours and something so simple is not resolved absolutely unacceptable!!!
Absolutely stay away from this company they don't have proper contacting details and they give you no service what so ever then they deduct money from your account and you haven't even received a loan or any service it's like talking to a wall!then they have the audacity to email me after I cancelled the services twice to tell me my verification has failed I must redo everything!!!just one big ****!
