On the 27th of March 2026 I wrote a review about a 1.25 bottle coke that had weird things in it ,they called and sent their rep to take the contents to be tested they said it will take them 14 days on the 4th of April 2026 they said it was day 4 so day 14 was suppose to be the 24th of April,on the 28th I asked the rep how far he said they are still busy will get back to me and on the 4th of May 2026 I asked the rep again he said they will contact me till today I'm still waiting I don't know whether I consumed a slow poison or what since consuming that coke I'm not well and they are not communicating with me it's always me whose using my money to contact them coke is not taking me seriously and it's a big company very disappointed
Wrong flavor of cake was recieved we ordered bar one cake but instead we got carrot cake and Mrs party is allergic to nuts

We were about to get petrol but all petrol attendends would not assist us as we were traveling by Venture mind you we knocked off early from work we want to get to our kids but did not happen poor service from this Engen garage and it's still new
My husband has been using African bank for years and African bank does not have ATMs so he was using an FNB ATM and then it swallowed the money instead of it giving him the money.Now FNB and African bank are making my husband run like a headless chicken and this is affecting us debit orders didn't go through,bills were not paid and I'm blaming all this on African bank if they had their own ATMs this could have not happened or it could have been resolved long time now I'm advising him to switch banks and he can't go to FNB either.
My husband was withdrawing money from an ATM in Menlyn instead of the ATM giving him money it swallowed the money.He went inside the branch they told him after 72 hours money will be paid back.After 72 hours the was no money he went back they told him after 7 days.After 7 days they are telling him by the 7th of August he will get his money.His hard earned money they has caused us a lot of stress someone is not doing their job.
On the 30th I went to hungry lion in Bloed street I ordered 7 pieces of chicken mild as I was going to eat with kids the cashier was welcoming I waited for my order to be called, then it was called I took my order and left when I got home it was 20 winglets hot.i took their receipt and dialed their number the number was not working.Today I went to hungry lion asked to speak the manager he came told him what happened he said the was nothing he could do he didn't even apologize the service we get at hungry lion I'm sooo disappointed I don't think I can ever visit hungry lion again
I app**** for their car insurance in January their consultant fed me lies when I called in to let them know what happened they told me the guy **** to me and he is no longer working there.then said they will get back to me till to date I'm waiting for their call such a big company I'm asking myself if their lying to me now come claim stage what will happen.
