Good Day I would like to bring to your attention that I did a credit application on the 24th April and sent in all my documents, I received an sms this morning to log onto the app because my offers are ready. I then accepted the credit card offer of R112 000. I accepted the debi check as well and accepted the quote, as per the attached documents. The app then froze and said there is a system error, I called in about 4 or 5 times to ask that IT assist me with getting it sorted out. I was told that my application needs to be re-captured because it cannot be fixed. And now all of a sudden the offer is not even close to what I accepted. This is my first time dealing with African bank and what a terrible experience. The attached is the offer I accepted and I need to have that offer paid out to me. I cannot be held liable for system errors. You can retrieve all my calls and the fact that your agents were not willing to have IT fix it. one of the agents then took the liberty of cancelling the faulty application without telling me she was going to do it. I have tried a new application on my own but the offer is way less as the attached that I initially accepted. Kindly fix this and get back to me asap.
There is no aircon inside the gym since October/November last year. The pool temperature is also not what it should be. This is making the gym experience for my kids very unpleasant
I DID AN APPLICATION ON FRIDAY, YESTERDAY I CALLED IN 3 TIMES, THEY SAID SOMEONE FROM VALIDATIONS CALLED ME BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL AT ALL. THEY PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. I CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING AND THEN GOT TOLD MY APPLICATION HAS NOT BEEN LOOKED AT YET. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED AS I NEED THE DEVICE TO GIVE MY NEPHEW AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT.
I ordered over and hour ago online. I called the store 4 times and all they say is that the driver is on his way. No common decency to call and say they have a problem or anything. Why advertise that they deliver in 30 min but they dont. Highly annoyed
Worst service from Eshaam Samaai and student support. Eshaan assisted me with registration and i informed him that for 1 of the subjects exam dates i will be out of the country and he went ahead anyway to do the registratio because he said student support could amend the dates for me. I have now been trying for a month to get this sorted, i call and he promises to call me back, today i called 5 times and he was not available, nor was there any managers available.
My husband and I had lunch at Ocean Basket in Plumstead on saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not busy at all yet we waited long for our food. I ordered Calamari and Fish with chips, when the waiter came to bring my food, it was only fish and chips. The waitress that was assigned to our table hardly came to check up on us, something simple like tomato sauce I had to ask 2 different people for. the sushi we ordered after our meal took very long as well. I however must say a huge thank you to the waiter who assisted us most of the time, our own waitress just brought the bill and walked away, we had to tell steve that we are being charged for calamari and fish but i only got fish, she was nowhere to be seen. very unpleasant experience
TELKOM IS PATHETIC!!!! I HAVE TO CALL IN MONTH AFTER MONTH TO TELL THEM TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT, AND THEN I GET TOLD THE DEBIT ORDER IS LOADED AND STILL I GET BILLED DOUBLE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
my account was paid up in March, i made a purchase of R2000 in April and all of a sudden my instalment is R930. i confirmed that i am on a 6 month payment plan so my instalment should have been way less. they keep harassing me for payment but nobody can tell me why my instalment is so high
I was in arrears with my credit card and it was handed over for collection. I made payment arrangement and Daly Corporation who is the collection agents are hamarsing me with Summons letters after they confirmed that they did receive payment. why is Absa using people like this? I would rather be paying Absa directly then via an arrangement than them. could someone please respond???
I spent R500 yesterday on food from simply asia. 2 x515, 2x505 and 1x311...drove from mitchells plaim to Kenilworth after ordering on the app. What a totally disgusting meal. There was no veg in the 505 after i requested no veg with the 311. The meals were dry and unappetizing to say the least. To drive such a far distance for this kind of food is unacceptable. It is not the first time i complain about their food. And then i still give them the benefit of the doubt. When trying to call the store last night their lines were continuously busy.
