We rented 2 cars,same day in December 2025. Both cars were returned on time, same day, different locations yet Hertz took another R6000 from each accounts we used to rent the cars. On the other rental it says ita forced termination charged at R6000. On the othe rental they don't state why they deducted the R6000. They haven't even returned our deposits as well. No one is giving us clear explanation as to what is happening. They no longer respond to their emails or customer support chats. They are ******

I booked a commercial vehicle with Woodford for 2 days with unlimited km option, the rental rate was so affordable, deposit as well. The bakkie they gave me had no towbar, I asked for a towbar and they gave me exactly what I asked for. The agents and the manager at O.R Tambo knows how to take care of their customers. Will be booking again.

My order was R260.80, They charged me R260.80 for cancellation fee because apparently the store (KFC Dobsonville) had prepared the order and I wasted driver's time. Which order did they prepare within a minute and which driver's time did I waste in a minute? Even if there is cancellation fee how can you charge me the whole amount of my order? I bought 3 vouchers, each amounting to R100. To my surprise only 2 went in. When I try the other one it says it has been redeemed but is not credited into my account. I have tried to reach the agents where I waited for 30+ mins to be connected to an agent. I called 1foryou. They assured me the voucher was redeemed. Hollywoodbets is such a joke shame. I want you people credit my account. You are just a bunch of ****mers hiding behind computersππ
A lady who was promoting clientele perks in Westgate numetro said she is promoting the program. You get discounts and cashback for uploading receipts on the app, I signed up because I thought I have nothing to lose by uploading slips every time I purchase something and get a coupon month end. She then asked for bank account, which I asked why she needs it, she said it's to redeem the coupons and cashback. Now when I check my banking app I have a debit order of R160, for clientele perks. Which I was not told about. I have sent countless emails on their customer service asking them to cancel the policy. They only asked for ID number. That was it. I can't afford to pay R160 per month. Why can't you just cancel the policy that was sold under false pretense π‘π‘
Tell me why I ordered my daughter's birthday gift from Makro and they promised to deliver 3 days before my daughter's birthday. Today it's her birthday and her gift is nowhere to be seen. Makro is not picking up calls and they are not responding to emails. See me no more. Will never waste my time and money with them again. They are so unprofessional π‘π‘π‘
