Unfair debit order
MTN failed to finalise renewal of my contract on their side and yet continued to debit my account and they don't want refund me for their mess

Failure to renew contract
Since July MTN has been failing to do an upgrade ,since then ,they been billing be R280 monthly for nothing.i tried renew my contact by calling 135 and even going to the store but I'm failing .MTN is uselss

Bad Service
Mongezi Nkasana failed to assist me with my loan application. He requested I send him documents required which I did and when I followed up to check nothing was done. I even complained to their resolution centre and also they never bothered to help I was eventually helped by Charmaine Ellapen

Theft
Dear Sir/Madam About 4 weeks ago I discovered that Metropolitan life has been deducting R700 from my account *****ulently for the past 3 months. I reported it to them and was told to submit documents which I did. A lady by the name of Renthia Botha responded asking for bank statements which i sent. Today, momentum life is still *****ing from my account as we speak. No one wants to take responsibility as they are sending me from pillar to post.

Useless Management
I had to pull my father up the stairs at Nembula house since lift was not working since Dec. Lesedi management is useless. I guess they r serving black hence the nonsense service

Wrongful Blacklist with credit bereau
About 2 years ago I discovered that Homechoice blacklisted me for a fraudulent account I knew nothing about. After fighting with them I was told by Cherne Onlong from their fraud department, last year April that she would get my name removed and even sent me an email confirming. I was shocked to find out this past Wednesday that my name is still listed. I have sent them emails and they don't bother answering. I don't know if this ill treatment is because of I am black because I'm definitely sure if it was a white none of this would be happening. I now need to open an account and I cant, I'm stuck. They just destroying my life while i have never even bought their stinking blankets!
