They cold cold me every morning trying to sell me accidental injury cover. The agent cannot confirm how they received my marketing consent - they cannot see this information as they dialer randomly calls leads loaded on their system. This is against POPIA and I will re lodging a complaint with the regulator.
I got a call from Cartrack querying weather my vehicle has a tracking device and if I would like to purchase their device. The consultant could not adequately answer how they got my number. When I asked to remove my number from their marketing campaigns, the consultant cut the call.
I lodged an insurance claim on the Activate App for my damaged phone on Friday night. My phone was collected by their repairer on Monday and the job was complete 3 days later. I've had an absolutely awesome claims experience with Activate.
Fishaways Morningside has been consistent with their high quality and good service. The store gets busy in the evenings so be prepared to wait a while but the wait is worth it
I placed an order on Loot.co.za on 12 December. The order was couriered via Pargo to the Clicks pick-up point on behalf of Loot. On 17 December I received an email from Pargo informing me that my order was ready for collection. An hour later I got another email informing me that my order was collected. I rushed to the Clicks pick-up point and they could not find my parcel. I immediately informed Loot that my parcel is missing. It is now 7 January and Loot has not resolved the issue.
After 11 months of use, my Fitbit Charge 3 experienced dead pixels and the battery would not last a day without recharging. The device was returned to Fitbit to repair or replace under warranty. 6 weeks have past and Fitbit has not responded or resolved the issue. The store that I bought and returned the device confirmed that Fitbit takes a long time to respond.
I bought a couch from Essops on 1 April 2018. It's been 6 weeks and Essops has still not delivered. Now I am battling to get a refund. Customer service does not exist and they will give you the run-around. Avoid this unethical retailer.
I ordered furniture from Decofurn Fourways. Good service and competitive pricing. However, 4 weeks after placing my order, I am still waiting for delivery. I have complained to Decofurn several times and receive empty promises.
Mutual & Federal recommended that I send my vehicle to Auto Body Specialists (ABS) for repairs. The entire experience from booking, regular contact to delivery was flawless.
