MTN charges R6 000 for cancellation, but we didn't cancel anything. Thank heavens we didn't have enough money in the bank. We have been experiencing only bad service for several months.
Ice cream price on fridge is R67.99. They charge us R72.99. When I phone manager next morning he says he will phone me back, but does not. I emailed as well and received no response.
They do not give a refund for a cancellation.
Unauthorised blocking of my Credit Card. Also did not remove block after my phone call to them. Subsequently missed out on flight purchase. (only a few seats left)
Dischem Health is a BIG disappointment. Also known as Kaelo and Primecure.
Kaelo medical insurance is very disappointing. They give me a choice of 3 x doctors in my area. The 1 has no knowledge of Kaelo. The 1 retired in Feb. '22. The only 1 left charges R515, which Kaelo says is too much. I must then pay in 43%. Of the 6x items prescribed, I am only allowed 2. I have also made 4 x virtual GP appointments, that never materialised.
The Nissan in Port Elizabeth is simply the best. The after sales service is excellent. The service department goes the extra mile. I want to commend the whole team.

This is the Body Corporate for our townhouse complex. We bought in 2000. It is 21 years later and our ceiling in the lounge has still not been fixed. We asked about 3 - 4 times over the years and then stopped asking. I read in the newspaper before we bought there, that there was shoddy workmanship and the developer went bankrupt. The ceiling we noticed from the start. Now over the years it obviously got worse. I am so afraid that some day it is going to fall in on us. I would have it fixed myself if I were still employed. I just feel we are paying levies every month. It is not fair that the grass only is cut and nothing else gets done. If my wife or I get injured, will the Body Corporate accept responsibility? It also looks bad and is a real eyesore. It is embarrassing for family and friends to see this every time they visit and we have to face it daily when we wake up.
Enock was so helpful when I could not manage to do online booking through Travel Bank. He phoned me back twice and did everything within minutes.
