Absolutely shocking service. Placed an order for R25k. was then told supplier was out of stock even when the stock count on the website was more than sufficient at the time. then was told they would deliver within 3 weeks. Its now been 4 weeks. Then trying to follow-up with the call center they just drop the phone.

SARS is not making it easy to comply with them! One books a call appointment with them and they do not call you nor reschedule!? one of many reference numbers: available So if they do not answer how do you respond and resolve your issues with them? Calling them is also futile while you hold for hours then when you the first caller in the line you get cut off? Really? But they are not shy with issuing penalties for errors on their part then not resolving them?
When buying a used car from CMH Mazda Randburg, think twice. The initially professional and accommodating persona soon changes once the deal has been signed. even worse once the vehicle has been delivered with only partial of the obligations fulfilled. In essence thy do not give you the full story and keep omitting seemingly obvious information: 1. Who sells a 2018 vehicle with only one key? And on delivery claim that it was always only one and another would cost in access of R7000. 2. Parts that were on back order would be installed at a later date once they arrive. It's been 3 months still no contact to have the parts fitted? 3. Part of the on the road fees are the registration and the like to be resolved. But yet they are happy to give you the car and 3 months later you find out there are still outstanding fines on the vehicle, which subject you to unnecessary harassment by the SAPS. In closing think twice before you buy here!
Hi, I ported my number to MTN due to better coverage in my area. I also expected better service as from the previous provider as MTN seems to currently be the leader. I cannot regret my decision more! I've tried resolving my voicemail setup with the not help line; in store with 2x logged calls. To date no one cares and I just signed a business contract and cannot get my messages? So loosing business and MTN could not care as they have the security of the contract! Absolutely appalling.
Ridiculous! We have to pay taxes - no issues here. But they just do what they want and not even explain themselves to identify and rectify what the issue may be. Cannot get hold of them via phone, call back does not work, efiling assistance does not work. Really now what?
Absolutely useless backup service! I got hit by lightning they told me it would take up to 7 days for them to respond - over this time period where everyone is at high risk?! Then they mad an appointment for this morning but did not pitch the whole day?! I saw a missed call where I was in a meeting but there are other contacts on my account and I told them on the day they can come as there is always someone home! And all this for an involuntary R2000 lightning insurance which they bill you for but then don't have the backup to actually service! Seems like one security company is as bad as the next!

Most useless organisation! Claiming 100,000 members cannot be wrong most likely they are not willing participants! Try and get confirmation of bookings - impossible Try to get an agent to call you back - not happening They just put the phone down in your ear Transferring from pillar to post but no one answers What a sham!
Cell-C Incompetent call-center staff and non-functioning App and Website. Awesome customer service once again. All I need is an invoice for the PrePaid Data bundle I purchased on the App. The app does not give me the invoice even though I press the "get invoice" button. The same does not work on the website even though I see my transaction history. The call-center agent tells me I can only get this from the App. Not listening that I said its not working!
