They don't even deserve half a star I'm so frustrated been waiting for an approved insurance claim phone for over a month now everyday im told my address isn't found on goggle๐๐๐And i get told this only when i inquire about the phone i get emails saying delivery failed because of my Location THE SAME LOCATION THWY DELIVERED MY PHONE WHEN I TOOK OUT THE CONTRACT FIRST THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME A WIERD PHONE THAN WHAT I M PAYING FOR NOW I MUST SWEAT EVERY FLIPPEN DAY EVERYDAY I DONT EVEN OWE THEM ZERO
Ccd courier are a headache...they been harassing me with fail calls and they cant solve their problems they now just sent me an email saying they cant get in contact with me saying my area is dangerous when mtn just deliver phone
it doesn't even deserve a star...hungry lion mams mall ,everytime i eat there i get more reason not to go back..last i went their meat was fried in old oil you cud tste it...TODAY i went and the chips tasted Like the potatoes were frozen then defrosted they weren't cooked well at all and burnt ...PLEASE DO BETTER

not even a dot of a star do hey deserve it day 4 and my fridge not delivered when you call their *********** customer care line its a mary go round as everyone says whatever except the honest truth everyday im told no courier will deliver before the end of the day ๐๐๐I shudve just moved somewhere else after the hurdle i had with my first purchase last mint but i steady chose to go back and buy another one with them.....imagine 2months in this heat with a child who has a heart problem and i don't have a fridge coz i gave mine away in Jan she i did my first purchase
Another month another fridge issue yoh im so exhausted by makro and their *********** customer care department they never know anything one tells you tho one says this ...3 months of fighting to have a fridge one got refunded after i fought now they wont dwliver the one i just bought this month im so don't with makro done done
they don't even deserve a star 24january 2025 bought a fridge day after delivery switched it on,and it was only getting gold on the freezer the top part wasn't i chaged temperatures until it got to 7 which it cud get abut cold but food still get spoilet and it would form a very big frost ,i logfed a return 3days after delivery and they said it'll be fetched on that Saturday no one came no communication from the store when you call they hang up the call i eventually got someone and she sent me an email to fill questions i answered, then they keep quiet i have to again call so another process has to go on and i did same thing after a while of calls not answers or hung up they saod technician will come again wait no one comes until u calm every process to be done u must fight a month later im stuck with a fridge that only works at the freezer technician cane and said i shud be replaced or refunded as its a factory fault ....it overheats one side while theother side is normal ,i ignored so many reviews about their bad service when it comes to returning electronics and i never thought ill be one of them as i shop there every month for groceries im so disappointed mostly at their customer service because when call hiesens they say the process on their side is done weeks ago and the store still hasn't called even now
Spoke to miss lilonke she was so nice we've been talking since december and she's been following through and today was the end of our conversation im satisfied she clarified things i had questions on and went as far as consulting a different department so she gives me a 100% answer
