FNB is quick to phone when you owe money, but when you ask them a simple question about your credit insurance they just dont bother replying
They tell you on numerous emails that you have cash available and that you can draw down at any time but when you do they come with all sorts of excuses why you cant have it
I have never missed a payment, yet they make it seem like I have not paid my bond 4 months in a row, which is completely false, my statement says I am up to date, now I have a bad credit score on Transunion.
We had Excellent Service from Outsurance on their Pet Insurance
I need my updated home loan statement please I have asked before but do not receive this on a monthly basis
My Father in Law passed away in 2023 and our executor claim that still to date ASBA has still not closed his accounts even after producing the death certificate. The Executor also claims he lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman and still nothing has been sorted out, this has been going on for 2 years now.
Placed an online order this morning, get a phone call "eish the online system is offline mam, I don't know if it will come on today" So you are quick to take my money but can't tell me if my order will go through, so I cant even get my money back and go buy somewhere else, really, get your system SORTED!!!!! It should not be the paying customer's problem how you fix it, but FIX IT!!!!!

I have been waiting for open serve to contact me regarding my fibre installation, on their app they say they are busy installing but yet no one is at my house. Initially I told them to come do it the 30th of July, its now the 2nd of August and no one has contact me regarding scheduling a time and Vox can't do their part untill openserve has done theirs, in the mean time I am sitting without fibre at home.....I cancelled my fibre contract with telkom hoping open serve would be better no nope
Wesbank Asset Finance - We app**** on Tuesday for asset finance for a generator and guess what no response, you phone their number and hold on for 15 mins and then the phone cuts.......... when a Business needs a Generator it usually means its urgent, so my business has lost 4 days worth of work because of Wesbank poor customer service. - And my Business banks with FNB WOW
