I would like to know if cell C does have a disability policy in place for their clients. I have numerous problems with cell C and they can't assist. I bought two cell C simcards with the intention of porting to cell C. I was advised that the simcards are not Rica, neither do their online Erica work. My hands are cut off. I was advised to go back to an outlet to do the Rica of the simcards. As a person living with a disability does cell C not even try to accomodate us. Totally bad. My telephone number is 0765881353.
If I could've given MrMobile a zero then i would do it. 0/10 for customer support and there mobile service. In December 2025 did Mr. Mobile approach me to take a simcard with 5 gig day and 5gig night for R99.00. I only got the simcard now in January 2026. When I activated the simcard no deal was loaded, but they where quick to charge me for the delivery. I have called the MrMobile several time its just escalate, escalate and escalate. How can you get a network operator that just escalate and dont get anything right. I had a similar problem previously with Mr Mobile and cancelled the deal, It seems I will cancel very soon again. Get your house in order MrMobile.
I am deeply disappointed with Mr. Price Online. I have placed an order online on Tuesday, 10 November 2025 and it shows the items is in stock. yesterday, the 11 November they told me the package is coming from cape Town, because the warehouse dont have any stock. Today, 12 November 2025 they tell me the order is still with the ware house. their agents are not quite friendly and this is not the first time this is happening to me. Where is my order, it couldn't just disappear in tin air, after I paid for it already. The due date is the 18 November 2025 and I doubt if the due date will be reach
If I couldve given vodacom 0 stars then it wouldve been the rating. This past week have I struggled so much and are still strugglling to get a vodacom contract. First I needed to send emails up and down and now its still waiting. Do we still have agents at vodacom that really cares for us as the clients.
I will highly not recommend this company. I did took a package yesterday, 7 Oct 2025 with this hosting company and ever since then did I experience a nightmare. One problem after the other. It was escalating this to escalating that. Today, 08 Oct 2025 did I just had enough and canceled services and requested a refund. Up till now they still decide on a refund. I will seriously not recommend True host.

I i could've given this post no stars then it would've been. I am much disappointed in TFG Connect. Agents are not doing there work right and now I as the consumer need to struggle. I have even spoke to a supervisor on duty that didn't want to take responsibility. How can you load MTN benefits onto a cell C Number, and this after I did give them an MTN Number.
If I could've give this isp 0 stars then I would've done it. I have recently done an upgrade on my Lte Sim, and I did ensure that all paper work is dealt with accordingly. Come the 01 June 2025 no upgrade was implemented. Does this agents really understand their work and procedures?
Good day Cell C, Can someone please explain why the All on in option is no longer available if you change your price plan. I have bought an super Bonus simcard, then swithched my price plan to Cell c All in one. But the all in one option is not avalable on *147# or *109#. Please assist
