Terrible service. My things were said to be delivered on the 11th of May, today it's the 17th of May and they still have not been delivered. Mr Price keeps saying they sent communication for urgent delivery but the courier service is just not cooperating. The worst of it kind.
Disappointed with the service. I logged a collection and delivery on the 5th of May around 10 in the morning. Estimated collection was the 6th,and it didn't happen so I thought they collect on the 8th of May because they estimated date changed to that date. And still they didn't collect, only for them to change the estimated date for collection to the 11th of May, and the delivery to between the 14th and the 18th of May. Mind you initially the service was supposed to take 3-5 working days. Their whatsapp consulted are just useless because even they connect you to a consultant you wait for so long to be connected and then the consultant doesn't even talk to you. What a let down.
ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. I ORDERED SHOE FROM CALL IT SPRING ON THE 8TH OF DECEMBER 2025, MY PARCEL WAS HANDED OVER TP ARAMEX ON THE 10, ON THE 15TH THEY SAID ITS OUT FOR DELIVERY BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED, THE 17TH I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY SAID IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY STILL, BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED, MIND YOU IT SHOWW ITS FROM THE BLOEMFONTEIN DEPOT, AND I LIVE 2 HOURS AWAY FROM BLOEMFONTEIN SO I DONT UNDERSAND HOW COME IT IS TAKING DAYS ON AN OUT FOR DELIVERY STATUS. TODAY THE 18TH OF DECEMBER I CALLED THE OFFICE AGAIN AND IT IS STILL SHOWING THE OUT OF DELIVERY STATUS. I,M APPAULED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ARAMEX TO ANYONE
I've never been so shocked. I ordered dishes on Mr Price online on Saturday on the 8th of November 2025. It was shipped out on the 9th, On the 12th of November at 11:37 I got a message that my delivery was on the way through LMS couriers and I will get it before 5pm that day. It didn't arrive, I then called Mr price on the 13th to enquire, the first agent i spoke to gave me a number I can call for LMS but no one was answering, I called back and the second agent said they dont have the contact details for the courier service and I should wait the day out maybe they will deliver. But still nothing, today the 14th I call them(Mr price) again and they said I should wait for Monday completely ingnoring the fact that I told them I got a "delivery on the way" notification on the 12th.
There is a charge on my account of R188 for "1 item returned unpaid" (as a description) , meanwhile all my debit orders went through successfully. When I asked what the charge was for since there's was nothing unpaid, I was told it's a charge for an "honored payment" for an item I paid R350 for on the 28th of September, I swiped my card, so it was not an online payment. My card did not decline. So this really makes no sense mce to me because I'm charge service fees, I'm also charges payments bundle fee, so really what is the extra charge of R188 for a R350 payment? I spoke to 4 different agent on the app(secure chat) all just leaving me hanging and not efficiently resolving the issue.
Hi MY VODACOM DEBIT ORDER OF BOUNCED ON THE 26TH OF MAY DUE TO OUR SALARIES BEING LATE( NOT VODACOM'S FAULT) I CALLED IN ON THE 29TH OF MAY AND ASKED IF I COULD PAY MY ACCOUNT ON THE VODAPAY APP, THE LADY THAT ASSISTED ME SAID YES AND NOT ONCE DID SHE MENTION THAT THERE WILL BE A PENANLTY CHARGE OF R100, SO i PAID R169 WHICH WAS MY BILL. TODAY ON THE 12 OF JUNE I GET AN EMAIL SAYING MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS FOR R100.15. WHEN I QUESTION THAT THEY TELL ME IT WAS CHARGED ON THE 30TH OF MAY,WHICH IS A DAY AFTER I HAD ALREADY MADE A PAYMENT NAD THEY(LINDIWE) SAID A PERSON IS CHARGED 3 DAYS FATER MISSING A PAYMENT, I PAID WITHIN THE 3 DAYS. SHEE THEN FORWARDED ME TO LINDIWE HER TEAM LEADER, WHO TELLS ME WITH ATTITUTE THAT I SHOULD LOOK UP THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND I WILL SEE THAT I WILL BE CHARGED 100.08 SHOULD A DEBIT ORDER RETURN UNPAID, TO WHICH I TELL HER THAT IS INFORMATION THE LADY SHULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT ON THE DAY I WAS MAKING THE PAYMENT AND THEY TELL ME ON THE DAY I PAY MY ACCOUNT HAD NOT YET BEEN PENALISED. SO WHY SHOULD PAY THEN????
ON THE FIRST OF MARCH 2025 I ORDERED ITEMS FROM MAKRO ONLINE, ORDER NUMBER (MAK9464115), THEY ARRIVED, THEY ARRIVED ON THE 6TH OF MARCH 2025, ONE OF THE ITEMS(9101 ACRYLIC CUTLERY SET) ARRIVED DAMAGED AND I LOGGED A RETURN AND REFUND THE FOLLOWING DAYAND THE ITEMS WERE PICKED UP ON THE 10TH OF MARCH 2025. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE ALLS I HAVE MADE TO THE MAKRO HEAD OFFICE, THE ONLY THING THEY KEEP SAYING IS THEY WILL CONFIRM WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
