If I could give KFC Steeledale 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed at their food. This will be my second complaint to the store. Maybe Management will have some ***** this time to actually respond to the nonsense they serve people. How in the **** would they serve such to people. I order a sharing meal online for delivery, as they are my nearest KFC. the meal came with mash and gravy, that **** was disgusting. there was just a dollop of Mash the size of a dessert s**** and that mash swimming in the most disgusting watery gravy, no one from the store called us to let us know that they were out of mini loaves, the next thing they put ****en flat ass buns that looked like they were a day old. and to think that this is my second complaint about this damn store. So I wrote a review on Hellopeter and I am going to write another review on Twitter/X I want my money back and I am never buying from them anymore. I wouldn't recommend KFC Steeledale even to my worst enemy, that is how horrible the food is
Clearly there is either a problem with the staff or with Management from Galito's Kabokweni, this is my second complaint on hello peter regarding the store. it is tiring to be dealing with the same thing over and over again. I have complained at the store with my order always missing something items, all I get is I am sorry but nothing ever changes. Maybe as paying customers we should take on a culture of cancelling restaurants until they close, because clearly you do not train your staff on customer service. to realize that from reading all the reviews on Hellopeter regarding orders missing items and other things must be embarrassing for a business Change or Perish Galitos.. I am waiting for a response from the store if not I am taking this complaint further
I am disap****ted to the service I recieved feom the restuarant at the Hotel. As a paying guest, I honestly didn't expect to cone across such. My Husband and I finished working late at around 21:35 and decoded to go the restuarant, when we got there I was still not decided on what to have to drink and the guy behind the counter told me I am wasting his time since I am unsure and when I asked to order dessert He told me I couldn't, but I could see 2 desserts and a salad for 3 ladies thay were already seated, when then settled for drinks which took 15min to arrive. At that point I was already livid and the price was just a crazy. I will never book with City Lodge ever again and i am going to tell everyone I know to never stay at your hotels. I am very disappointed to think I booked for 4 nights. Right now I just want to check out and go book elsewhere for the rest of the week Your stuff is rude and no customer service at all
I am disappointed with Galito's Kabokweni, I placed an order online for the King's feast and 2 Liver's meal, basting hot But we received mild, and when I called the store, the guy that answered the phone didn't even offer replacement for the cold mild chicken livers
This Bank is a thief, I swipe my card for a transaction once, and it was taken twice from my account How does a savings account go on overdraft, mine with Capitec went for an amount of over R400 First I spoke to a lady name Josephine, who promised to call me back and never did and today I spoke to another one named Karabo, No help at all she was giving me amount of money that were not even on my statement on the app that I am using I am moving to another bank, Capitec is like the government, they **** you in the ass and leave you HIGH AND DRY
The lady at the till was unprofessional and I found her attitude stinking I don't know why when thet serve a bkack person they think its okay to be unprofessional and rude She didnt greet, when she was done feffing after I have been waiting for a while, she jyst starred at me as if I waa from another planet and rudely said Thenga Sis Nelpruit fast food joints need to pull up thier socks when it comes to cystomer service, it is appalling and very dusguisting I am no longer going to buy from here and Will send a petition to other people
have just moved to Nelspruit from Johannesburg... the horror and the shock of this Spar. I have never seen such a slow and horrible service, your employees are found idling in the long qeues with customers. I am going to write a report on Hello Peter, this is outrageous and very unacceptable, you go to Spar crossing and Spar the Grove.. excellent service. I stood in a queue for over 15minutes, something you can never do at other Spars, for a moment I thought i was qeuing at a Shoprite Super bad, never coming back Regards,
Chicken Licken is one of my fav fast food joint, but last night it became the worst.. The cashier was an absolute darling, it was the food packer. I could see my order sitting on too of the counter and the lady just standing there idling. I went forqard and asked if that is not my order and handed her the receipt, she took it.. I was not ready for what happened next, she packed my food vigorously and practically threw the plastic of food towards me, I didn't buy the food on credit I paid for it, and to have a packer disrepect that is unacceptable , I am a paying customer and will not be disrespected like that. If honestly Chicken Licken The Glen is training thier staff like that, then they should not be in business
Honestly, KFC is the worst when it comes to customer service and the worst because even when people complain, KFC doesn’t respond or contact disgruntled customers Yesterday went to KFC Crown Mines with my mother, went through the drive thru, when we got to the window to pay, the Speed point, decide to act up, how convenient, then was told to go inside and pay… had to wait in the queue again, like that wasn’t annoying enough, when it was my turn.. the lady in front took her sweet time, trying to process the order.. I just left, your staff doesn’t care for customer service, and that is bad for business I am going to post this on Hellopeter.com, so that people can see that KFC doesn’t care about customer service, they are not bothered.. the service left so much to be desired
Wow, what horrible service my family and I received on saturday It was my nephew’s birthday and he insisted that we go to Spur Fourways, we drove all the way from Ridgeway, leaving Spur in Gold reef and Spur at the Glen, Spur in Southgate… and to get the worst service ever from 2 of the Spur’s waitresses, and the lady that was sitting, we didn’t even want them to sing for my nephew, because my mother was very upset and very disappointed, the food came late, people who came after us got their food before us and even left.. if this is how a disgruntled customer is treated once they complain about the service, I want to warn other people that they must stay shy away from Spur Monte Casino, the service was bad, the waitresses had attitude, we waited long for our food and that they must not take their kids there, if its their birthday… really disappointed by this
