I received a settlement amount to which I accepted the offer and made payment. At current there is still a balance on my account. I have emailed, whatsapped and im just not getting a response. The experience with these people have nothing short of trauma!
First time ordering in years, I checked availability for an order placed for the next day, for a reason. But they sent a whatsapp on the day of expected order to say that it will only be delivered the next day. Now iv got to drop my plans to wait for this order. I will surely never use netflorist again. Also, they are over priced!

Iv paid up my vehicle account, after 6years with standard bank which I already had a nightmare with when they added insurance to my vehicle despite the proof that had been sent already. Now, when calling, Mohammed, the call centre agent tells me that the number associated to my account is not mine, and therefore cannot help me. Funny how they have my id number, address, im surprised they dont have my blood type, and yet they cant help me. I opened a savings account for my son at a standard bank, and their branches are a nightmare, and Iv been sent to go to a branch to get help! I cant wait to be done with this bank. Iv been on hold waiting for a manager for 7plus minutes now. Thank God I am not a client of yours!
Sandiswa, you need to find another job. Customer service is not your thing, and there are many people out there who will be grateful for the opportunity which you dont currently appreciate.
So annoyed with this service provider. Im down to having no internet connectivity on most days, and when I contact support, I end up in India. Cherry on the cake is that my premium was pushed up... for what? Having no connectivity???
I absolutely hate it when I go to Pick n Pay, soend over R2000 and the teller is not only rude, but miserable. Jean, you made my experience absolutely horrible at pick n pay family store! Get another job if you hate what you do!
N1 City store - *******. I have been waiting for a refund since the beginning of November. Lutancia the manager and Greshen finance lady are both useless. Very bad customer service
This is the absolute worst security company to go with. I have had non stop issues with this company for the past few months. I then decided to cancel on the first business day of January 2023, sent numerous emails for follow up on cancellation, called the contact centre who then advised to send ''an email'', and then i still get debited for February. Bunch of thieves that cannot fulfil their services successfully. Iv been warned about them, and now I have experienced it. Then I attempt to call again and Lerato from JHB customer support first hangs up on me when requesting a manager, and when I call again, she says she can only send an email, and cannot escalate to a manager. Really :|
The meat and poultry at the Spar Mcintyre in ridiculous. Its not fit for human consumption. The polony is bad within its packaging but yet its left out for purchase. This Spar is a health and safety risk for humans.
