It is abundantly clear that both are only willing to offer meaningful assistance to those already swimming in wealth, abandoning the rest of us to fend for ourselves. Their so-called service is a sham, reserved exclusively for the privileged few who don’t actually need it. Their risk-averse nature is nothing short of disgraceful. They eagerly snatch your money with open arms but turn a blind eye when genuine solutions are required, leaving customers in the lurch with nothing but empty promises. Wesbank and FNB operate like mindless box-tickers, incapable of independent thought or innovative problem-solving, reducing their role to a soulless bureaucracy that serves no one but their own bottom line. This attitude is an insult to the very communities they claim to serve. I demand better—accountability and actual support from institutions that should be facilitators, not obstacles. Consider this a wake-up call to rethink your approach, or risk losing the trust of those you so blatantly disregard.

Order and paid up front for a product, took nearly 2 months to arrive, on delviery it was the wrong product of a lesser value. Dealing with ***** has been like pulling teeth, its as if he is doing me a favour selling me a product. Zero concept of customer service land lines dont work so they hide behind email, trying to get a replacement has almost taken another month, im still waiting. I would strongly suggest that anyone and everyone steer very clear of this online store. I am disgusted that businesses can operate like this to say the very least. You need an iron will and the patience of Job, then maybe you might come close to a half decent online shopping expereince. Shopping with PC link will bring out the demon in you. </div>
