My windscreen was chipped on a Saturday morning near Parys. I stopped in Parys to have it repaired. It was fixed in 20minutes. The claim was settled there and then and I was on my way again. Great service without an access payment or any effect on my out bonus. Quickly done telephonically. What a breeze.

The morning and afternoon information is sketchy at the cashier point and then they do not reverse the transaction as they undertake to do. They let you pay double and ***** half of your money.
Over the past 4 years I have built myself a bank of Revov batteries. They do serve their purpose well. One of the batteries has been given some problems lately and I sent it back to Revov as it is under warranty. The after sales service I got was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. They replaced my battery after evaluation. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Tannith who kept me up to date on the process throughout. The technical staff by names of Carl, Gift and Sean(Shawn) also lend great service over comms and telephonically. Revov does deliver on their warranty.
Offline regularly and you can never get hold of an agent. They are always too busy to attend to your quiry. Not by their telephone number nor by their whatsapp menu. You always get the choice to hang up though. I can say however that their accounts dept. Is 100% more efficiant than their help desk. Accounts are always debited on time without any hick ups. Even when offline for longer times. Can't wait for Starlink to get a foothold in South Africa legally.
Pathetic would be an exaggeration for this "service" provider. Not a month goes by where they do not ****** up or short deliver on a prescription.The last one is so bad that I don't want to accept the order in total until rectified but was then told by the telesales lady that she will be responsible for full payment of this order. I felt sorry for her and I will keep this when it arrives.Do take note that I haven't taken possession of the package yet. It is still in transit. Still what a **** show to hold the staff responsible for payment where they do get everything back...unopened in the original packaging at the time of consultation....pathetic to say the least. I do wish that medihelp would supply us with other options as this one stinks...
I have been ordering from takelot for many years and never had a problem.Delivery service is excellent and on time, always. Returns have been handled satisfactory. Credits were passed where applicable. Excellent service. Keep it up.

KFC is probably the most useless, unsatisfying as far as customer needs are concerned, fast foods outlet on the planet. Their app is up to ****, their online ordering system is virtually never available, their delivery policies are **** and their overall service leaves much room fir improvement as well. Their customer care lines mean nothing and be ready to listen to ****py music for a long time, because there is no hurry there either.
Good day, Game is becoming a bigger dissapointment than ever. I have visited three different Game's over a period of time in three provinces and couldn't find once that I have been looking for. Basic items that were part of your range but one actually notices your decay as far as range concers more and more. During December 2021 we were on holiday in Ballito and could not find a basic item like diving goggles in your store. Your shelves were empty and the store was dark and unaccomedating. During February we were in your Menlyn store in Pretoria, looking for a leather and vinal repair kit that you used to stock from Homemark. Guess what...nothing...pathetic and strike two. This weekend I visited your store in Hazyview to find a flap for the weir basket of the swimming pool. After asking one of the staff members where your pool accesories were, he sent us in a total other direction of the store, clearly not having a clue of the store lay-out. Asking some one at the other side of the store we were directed to the correct aisle, once again, without succes and no joy. Please do not expect me in one of your stores again, regardles. Please also do stop your advertising to my email adress as well, because I will not be won over with goods that I do not need and which you probably will not have in stock either. I used to enjoy shopping with Game in the past, online and instore, but no more. That ship had sailed now. Kind regards, Torsten
