What brilliant service! I ordered an item that I needed to fix my car on Wednesday. I work and only have weekends to fiddle with the car. I requested that they please send it asap so that it may arrive by the weekend. Thursday morning they stopped outside my house with the item! Not a courier, personal delivery! Just brilliant, thank you so much
So here I am back at Hellopeter wrt Standard Bank insurance again. I sent an email to Standard Bank Insurance on 14 July and was promised a reply in 48 hours (Case No 53143204). On the 18th I sent a complaint as I had no reply from Standard Bank Insurance (Case No 53327416). Well guess what, it's now the 27th of July and I still haven't received any feedback whatsoever from either Standard Bank Insurance or the Complaint line. If they cannot reply to one simple email, can you imagine what will happen if you need to claim? This is not an isolated incident and happens EVERY TIME I try to contact Standard Bank Insurance. The only way they get back to me is if I complain on Hellopeter. BE WARNED....
I really don't want to write this review, but Standard bank is the most frustrating bank to work with. I requested my Solar loan to be added to my internet banking profile. Response "No, the system doesn't allow it" Why not? It is a Standard bank loan account, why can't it be linked (no one van give me an answer). OK so I haven't seen a statement on this account in months, please can you send me a monthly statement? Response "No, the system doesn't allow it. If you want a statement every month you must request it every month" Why?? Don't even get me started on Standard bank insurance.... I am really regretting moving my accounts to Standard bank.
DSV was supposed to deliver my Sim card on Saturday. They just didn't pitch. When I called this morning they said they were there and I was not available. THAT IS *******, I WASTED MY WHOLE SATURDAY WAITING FOR THEM THEN THEY LIE ABOUT BEING THERE. Now they cannot deliver today either as the package is "locked" whatever that means. Avoid this company at all cost. Their non service has not only inconvenienced me, but it has cost me money. Truly pathetic!

Getting anything out of this business is near impossible. I am an unfortunate client with building insurance. I want to add a newly installed solar system to my policy. I have called the call centre 3 times JUST TO GET A QUOTE. No luck, everytime I call I get sent from pillar to post. On one day they cannot give a quote, next day they can but never send it. I have tried emailing, no reply after 8 days. Then the call ceter agent tells me "Ny the way, we don't have proof of address, if you try claim it will be rejected" EXCUSE ME? YOU FINANCED MY HOUSE BUT YOU DON'T HAVE PROOF OF ADDRESS??? WHEN WERE YOU PLANING ON TELLING ME THIS??? If this is how you get treated when trying to give them money, imagine what will happen when you try to claim??? I will cancel asap.
Pricing for concrete mix is R38 on the website. When you go to checkout the price suddenly jumps to R49 a bag? There is a note that says pricing is store specific? How does that work? There is no way to change the delivery store to the store that sells it at R38. There is more than a 20% price difference! I call BS, it is a sneaky way to ripp off customers. I have been a loyal customer of builders warehouse, but no more. I will go buy at Leroy Merlin. Cheers

The worst company EVER! I requested a quote, then the consultant called me back. We discussed the in's and out's and agreed on a way forward. That's where the trouble started. I sent the request on Monday morning, it is now Tuesday afternoon and I have been called 17 TIMES! they call from 7am till after 6pm THE WHOLE DAY. It is at the point of being harrasment. DO YOU SERIOUSLY THUNK I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU??? NEVER FILL IN THEIR ONLINE FORM, THEY ARE WORSE THAN HOMECHOICE
I recently purchased a vehicle from Infinite Auto, what a fantastic experience! Viwe took care of everything and kept me updated throughout the process. I gave him a very hard time, but he took it with a smile and nothing phased him. Great job Viwe! I love my new vehicle
