Taken debit order after account was cancelled
I cancelled my account end of September,this month they decided to debit my account again,I have immigrated so they can only do it via mail,I have be mailing non stop for them to reverse the payment and also send me proof they have cancelled the product,still no response.

Careful of a thieving bank.
You have taken a debt order off my account illegally as I had already settled the car. Date you had taken was 01/10/2022 agreed Apon date was the 3rd of each month Pay me back the money you greedy bank I have Called 8 times already and every time they say it will happen in a day or 2 This has gone on from the 3rd of the month. I called yesterday and was promised by the supervisor on shift it will be paid yesterday still nothing in my account.

There insurance department is being run by clowns.
<p>I have been asking for quotes from them cause just maybe being a fnb client i might get a good deal.</p> <p>Well if i can even get the quote just think how hard it is to get a claim paid.</p> <p>This is going on for almost 3 weeks.They even pulled the We will get a manager to call you.Which never happened.</p>

Putting a child in harms way because they decided a wall is not to speck-but they willing to take my money
<p>I response to your decline to pay for the repair of my wall.</p> <p>First off what is the meaning of the of this section below<br />Defective Workmanship Causing / Contributing To Damage WHAT IS NOT COVERED under Buildings cover. Where any of the following either cause or contribute to damage: - construction, alteration or repairs, defective workmanship or materials.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let me explained that i have stayed there for over 3 years and the house and wall has been there for many more.</p> <p>This was a wall that in my time there was standing threw storm after storm and we had a major storms never see in many years and it falls over.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />You now say Defective workmanship which cant be because its been standing long.There have never been alterations to the wall so it has not been tampered with.The construction must have been correct cause it lasted that long.</p> <p> <br />I have claimed so little it my time with insurance and now when i need you to actually do something you decide to ***** me over.This actually happen with my car claim as well where Momentum *****ed me over and didn't help me at all everything was a fight. </p> <p> <br />From my dealing now with you i feel you are trying to pass the buck and i dont except it do the right this and fix my wall stop playing stall games and do you job which i pay for every month<br />Futher more to add i say this i put up a temp solution between me and the neighbor(momentum didn't help) they have dogs which are aggressive and i have a 3 years old which plays in the yard.if those dogs somehow get threw the temp wall and hurt my kit you will pay even more i assure you.</p> <p> </p>

They do not call a person back and do not carry stock
<p> </p> <p>I landed up smashing my bakkies back window,i used the live chat funtion gave all my details and waited for them to call,which they didnt do.So i called them.Some sad story about they didnt have and they where going to call but some other sad exsuse.Turns out they dont have stock and would help try help monday.</p> <p>Problem of being 24h is the point to carry stock,this window is on the best selling bakkie list for 2 years now(ford Ranger) and they dont have stock.</p> <p>Well it seems more like a scam just to get extra business im thinking they allways help on mondays.</p> <p>Dont waist your time with there silly add of 24 hours</p> <p>Best part is now its rainning if they called me back early i could have tried another option.</p>

Account closed for 1 Year now want to blacklist me
I closed my account in Rosslyn Branch and then opened a FNB account.Then started threatening sms and i went to Standard bank to Sort it out,Then they sent a mail saying its sorted out.Now today layers are calling me wanting money for a account that closed and they confirmed.<br> <br> This is why i left the circus and joined FNB <br> <br> So if they spoil my name and blacklist me i hope the law will protect me.

They don't respond to alarms when it goes off
Hey Everybody <br> <br> My outside beams are working,I wonder why Adt don't call me then if the alarm goes off in the day.but i test at night they call.<br> <br> From Now ill Test every sensor one a day and right a report on Hello peter showing them it works.<br> <br> Fidelity ill be joining you soon when my contract runs out with Adt ,think ill get a much better service from them.<br> <br> Ps they did call me about the problem they trying the its your alarm maybe.<br> <br> I went to work at 4 am this morning wonder when i put the alarm on if my family really was protected from adt ,Ask yourself that question.

If the alarm goes off you have to call not ignore.
My alarm goes off in the day and i don't get a call at all.But i trigger it at night when im there and they wake up and call.<br> <br> My point is as follows Why do you only call at night,you keep telling me you don't get any signal from the alarm but when i test it its working 100% <br> <br> What happens to my family if they there in the day and they need to press the panic.<br> <br> What then all you going to tell me is sorry does thank make me feel better.<br> <br> You are loosing market in farie glen ,when i get out of my contract witch you have now breached ill make a point to get all the people i know there to change as well for there family's safety.The chances are people who work for adt don't even have adt. <br> <br> <br>

Tell me the phone doesn't work
Tried calling this branch 5 times let's it ring till it dies. Come here and ask why they don't answer they say it's broken the phone.i order sit outside and dial the number again and it rings and they answer. Shop is dead so they just lazy.
