Waited the whole day yesterday for my FNB order and after no calls I look on line on the RAM site and see its marked as undelivered no one available. never received a call from anyone so how can they mark it as undelivered, I phoned the call center and someone gets back to me a hour later to see if the driver called me and confirmed all my info which I told them no one phoned and the lady said she would check with driver where he is to try and come back. never heard anything after that. how digital planet or any company uses RAM for deliveries is beyond me there service is pathetic.
As usual completely useless service. I wait around the whole day to get a update on there website to say that I wasn't available but no one has even bothered to call me to say they are there to delivery, makes you think they just put that as a excuse and didn't even bother to try and deliver.
Trying to submit a saving claim from liberty life RA is by far the worst process ive ever dealt with. Firstly, there's a manual form to fill out, no automated process why?? secondly there is a member policy and scheme number in the doc, first submission I sent I needed a scheme number called liberty and was told scheme and policy number is the same so I submit again and im rejected again cause the scheme number is wrong, how am I supposed to submit if ppl in you call center give me the wrong info.
Good system to use but the premium version seems a waste of time. on light I have to pay a deposit but get a limit of 2800 but adding account I have a 0 balance.
Waited the whole day for my parcel just to get a message at 3pm to say no one is home to receive parcel, which is a total lie, not one call from anyone at RAM to say they were. what's worse is the next delivery day is Monday. and when you call the call center no one answers. buy you drivers some airtime because this is not the first time this has happened. I want my parcel.
Got a call 2 weeks back to upgrade my account. was told 3 days for account to be updated and 7 to get a call about a new card delivery. I can see that the account was updated my didnt get a call about a new card. Chatted to an agent via the app today and was told there was no order placed for a new card and if I needed a new card, I could order one via the app. I asked why the order was never placed and told I needed a new card and am able to place the order myself. and then for some reason the chat ended. The issue I have is that the job the person I spoke with when upgrading was never done firstly and then I was told if I order it, I need to play R160 which I was never told during the phone call so why should I have to sort the order and pay R160 for someone not doing their job correctly. Please resolve this and send my card as originally intended.
Where is my parcel? delivery was out today but its now gone back to hub and no one is telling me why. Its my parcel and I want to know the status, none of this **** about sender must call. Is there a issue or isnt there?? did you damage it, did you loose it. whats the issue,
My profile has been showing very old closed temp loan profiles from FNB I have logged a dispute and uploaded the correspondence from FNB but they want a paid up letter however FNB don't give a paid up letter for a 30 day temp loan, how else am I suppose to close these random accounts, I can even upload my bank statement as proof but they don't seem interested to help.
Absolutely terrible service, its seems impossible that anyone will answer there phone when I attempt to call. I have been attempting to update my phone number which you would think would be a simple task and for 2 weeks multiple mails they have been unable to get that right. Looking at the facebook comments on there page its amazing this place is still in business.
After logging multiple calls, my credit reports have still not been corrected VCCB still showing 2 temp loans open on there report.
