Useless customer service. Multiple occasions they either deliver to the wrong address or dont at all. Constant need to follow up and it goes very quiet on their side.
Such a great experience recently. Within hours of submitting a repair claim for my bar fridge I had their technicains on site. They flushed and re-gassed it. Super pleasant. Sadly the next day the temperature hadn't dropped, so I made contact with them and they returned same day to collect it to run tests in their workshop. After a higher pressure flush and another regas they got it working like new. Every step of the way the managed my expectations and called me with updates. I cannot recomend them more highly.
Mohammed has been efficient and friendly in assisting with my water damage claim. This was via Tersia and team at 1.168 who have always given tremendous service.
Network quality is so poor, and trying to log issues on their website is hopeless
Unbelievable service over the past year with claims, but recently incredible empathy shown by all their staff when we lost a pet. Cannot praise them highly enough!
So tired of my credit card declining and not being notified about it. Travelling overseas is no joke when this happens, and forces you to use another credit card from another bank. Despite raising this previously with my private banker your automation system does not work. Why is this not a feature on your app to over ride? We are in 2023 and cannot understand why this basic functionality is still not available?
First class service end to end...big improvement from a few years back. Clearly they have worked on their customers service !

Outstanding. End to end I was updated regularly where in the process my booking, repair ad then parts were. I would recommend Mastercard to anybody for service and value for money.
Going on 3 months - still empty and unfulfilled promises to refund us and fulfill the one remaining Dell. Scary they hide behind emails and WhatsApp and you cannot speak to them directly or visit them in Cape Town. Warning bells chaps
