Just a heads up if you intend buying a new lap top in the near future I bought a Lenovo (I 5) laptop about 4 years ago .The battery and cd rom were replaced under guarantee .The screen broke i was forced to buy external screen But the final straw is when i tried to upgrade to windows 11 "the intel I5 processor is not supported by windows 11"
BEWARE BEWARE Nikon worldwide guarantee only applies to the lens NOT the camera. All faulty cameras must be taken back to the country in which it was purchased. So if you buy a camera in another country and something goes wrong the guarantee will not be honored in South Africa. So think before you buy a Nikon camera
<p>I recently claimed from outsurance for lightning damage to my build in oven.They rejected the claim because I could not prove that it was caused by lightning .It was working before the storm and it was not working after the storm.</p> <p>Outsurance maintain it had reached the end of its life span ( just happened to be at the same time as the storm coincidence ?????) .I asked them to have their electrician repair the oven at my cost he could not determine what part stopped the oven from working . </p> <p>Outsurance maintain the onus is on me to prove it is lightning damage before they will accept the claim .HOW THE HELL DO YOU DO THAT IF THEIR ELECTRICAN CANT TELL YOU WHAT PART IS BLOWN.</p> <p>I have repaced the oven at my cost .This was not a big claim but taught me a valuable lesson .Thank you outsurance </p> <p>Outsurance will only deal with you over the phone i presume this is so that they do not leave a paper trail </p>

<p>i live in East London .When buying a intel product you qualify for a FREE R1000 mango airlines voucher .Mango do not fly to East London .I asked to exchange the R1000 voucher for a alternative prize ie R360 Mc Donalds voucher.TLC marketing do not want to exchange it although Intel will score R640 in prize value <br /> </p>
I bought a Vodacom tablet on 31/05/2015 and I was promised 200 megs of promotional data every month for a year. For the first 6 months the unused data was carried over to the next month with a maximum of 200 megs carry over.<br> All was fine and I received my data each month until the 6th month (ie 1 December 2015) when I stopped getting my monthly promotional data.<br> I logged a service request A1-XEXQ-S8N2MO .<br> <br> I received my monthly allocation in Jan 2016.At the end of February 2016 lost more than 100 megs which should have been carried over to March 2016 . My February 200 megs promotional data have not been credited to me . Today 5th March I spoke to the customer care and they logged service request S3-GPXD6-6U3P and was told me to wait 24/48 hours or maybe longer and they would look into it. They suggested I go and buy data. I have been to 2 Vodacom shops but they cannot help because they only deal with contracts.<br> All I want is the monthly 200 megs of data for 12 months,
Please help. <br> Do speed services still offer a counter to counter service through the post office?<br> I wanted to send a packet to Pretoria from East London. The Beacon Bay post office advise that they do not have the plastic sleeves so I cannot send anything using the counter to counter service. They advise that there are no plastic sleeves available in East London. <br> I used to use the counter to counter service regularly but now in am forced to drive to Pick n Pay and use Amarex shop to door service.<br> Is this correct! Is there a shortage of plastic sleeves or has the service been discontinued?<br>

I have posted on boardmans facebook page BUT Can somebody please just have the decency to reply to me or at least acknowledge my numerous mails and tell me to jump in the lake.
