Good morning some weeks ago we purchased a TV and received excellent service and knowledge, however we are looking for a new vacuum cleaner, but they will not demonstrate it to us as we want to gauge the suction power, and the salesman was quite disinterested and offhand. Not what we expected form Hirsch.
I have an annual subscription to an international company, who automatically debited my old credit card. They tried this three times and each time it was declined by the bank who charged me. How can the bank charge me for an out-of-date card? I queried this a few days ago but am still waiting for a response.
I ordered an item but the courier did not contact me beforehand and I just received an email that they could not deliver the item. We live in a complex, our unit number 11, but one cannot enter that at the gate as they have a different code, so the courier needs to call me to let him in. Can Temu not record special instructions with the order?
I am waiting for a delivery from Temu via Fastway Couriers but received an email stating that they could not deliver it. I tried calling them but no one answers. They advise to use their WhatsApp but one cannot give specific instructions.
I took out a new contract at Vodacom in Clearwater Mall last Wed 13th Nov and charged it that night. At 10am the following morning it was at 7%! I also had some issues adding WhatsApp. I went back to the store the next day but was not helped. I then went back that Fri afternoon where they took the phone in to send it for an assessment, which was only done early this week. This is an out of bx failure and the phone should be replaced but I am still waiting. This is not acceptable as its over a week now. The store promised to keep me informed but I get nothing and have been back a few times but getting nowhere! They seem reluctant to quickly resolve my issue. Pathetic!

I am trying contact them to as we live in a complex, so I need the courier to call me on my mobile phone to ensure delivery. I use the contact chat as directed on the website, but then the chatline says it does not support my query. How can I get hold of them to ensure a smooth delivery
Hi, we have a Goldair ceiling fan model GCF-501 R, and the light cover broke and needs to be replaced. I googled Goldair which directed me to Leroy Merlin for parts, only to find that they do not stock Goldair! Where can I get this part?
I was looking for a replacement pipe and brush for a vacuum cleaner and Mpho at the Strubens Valley outlet was excellent and went out of his way to assist me. It was a pleasure receiving such excellent service.
I inadvertently duplicated a payment I made to renew an annual subscription. I tried to get FNB to assist and all I get told is lodge a dispute which will take 7 - 14 days to resolve, but the transactions will have already been cleared by then. So no help at all. I know its my fault but surely one can get a transaction stopped?
