WUMDROP: where deliveries go to die!! Two weeks, countless attempts, and more excuses than a teenager skipping homework. Who needs competent logistics when you can have a masterclass in ineptitude? Can't believe the minimum stars you can give is 1 - they deserve 0!!!
Received a call from Willie Botha from FSI (Financial something). He knew my husband's name and surname, and that we have a retirement policy (could be assumed) He started by explaining about premiums and deductions on our so called policy. (I have a good understanding on this subject) so I kept on asking him to explain, although he used good words, nothing made sense. When I asked him to give more specific info like who we invest in, he threw the phone down in my ear. Definitely a ****! Please be warned - stay away from these guys. Hundreds of warnings on this platform.
I have collected the Checkers mini since it started 6 years ago. Collected all the lego and plants. So I was very excited for the Minis again. 1. Not enough time was allocated to collect. 2. No I need 2 minis to complete my collection. The xtra savings card and the Lindt Chocolates. 3. I spent just under R2000 the last weekend and did NOT receive any minis!!! I want the two I need please. I have spent the enough money to collect 9 so asking for 2 I need is not unreasonable.
Got an email my package was delivered, but I DID NOT RECEIVE IT!!!! Where is it? To make things worse, no one answers the 0860 459 459 number None of my emails was replied to Pathetic service!!!!
I have been with Afrihost for +-70 days. I have to log 4 queries, one of which was error on my side, the other 3 was due to service delivery from Afrihost. I would like to know how a 50/50 line does a speed test of 48/28 but when watching netflix an episode takes 3 minutes to load (one of those minutes I have on video to prove it) And I missed half the president speech on wed, live streaming from youtube, due to buffering! BUFFERING!!! Where in the world is buffering still a thing except with Afrihost??? Then trying to contact them on the Whatsapp line which is supposed to be manned 24hours. Nothing from 19:00 last night to 09:00 this morning!! Calling I needed to hold on for 6minutes! And issue still not fixed! Why am I paying full price and getting only half the service and almost no speed???
As per the Consumer protection Act. You are not allowed to take my money if you can't deliver a service. So I expect a credit on my account for every day we had loadshedding and your towers weren't working. The fact that you don't want to replace your batteries is not my problem. I pay my bill and I expect a service. Consumer’s rights to demand quality service 54. (1) When a supplier undertakes to perform any services for or on behalf of a consumer, the consumer has a right to— (a) the timely performance and completion of those services, and timely notice of any unavoidable delay in the performance of the services; (b) the performance of the services in a manner and quality that persons are generally entitled to expect; (c) the use, delivery or installation of goods that are free of defects and of a quality that persons are generally entitled to expect, if any such goods are required for performance of the services; and (d) the return of any property or control over any property of the consumer in at least as good a condition as it was when the consumer made it available to the supplier for the purpose of performing such services, having regard to the circumstances of the supply, and any specific criteria or conditions agreed between the supplier and the consumer before or during the performance of the services. (2) If a supplier fails to perform a service to the standards contemplated in subsection (1), the consumer may require the supplier to either— (a) remedy any defect in the quality of the services performed or goods supplied; or (b) refund to the consumer a reasonable portion of the price paid for the services

<p>A week ago I complained about my salary (trf'ed by my company, i have proof) not being released timeously by FNB. Not just mine but everyone banking with FNB from our company. - So FNB assured me it's not them it my employer - LIARS!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>So this week my husband’s salary (and everyone at his company banking with FNB) salary is not being released. (was paid over by employer, if have proof) All other bank has release their salaries yesterday already. Still not released from FNB as yet. </p> <p> </p> <p>All call center agents just say "I don’t know" "we don’t have accesses" </p> <p> </p> <p>Why is FNB hanging on to customers salaries for longer than industry norm? </p> <p> </p> <p>I would love to hear the excuse this week. <p>Salary was paid in the 25th. Every one at the company got salaries except all staff banking with FNB. Phoned FNB on the 26th twice. </p> <p>Although both call centre ladies were very nice, and tried to help, still nothing is fix. </p> <p> </p> <p>this is unexceptable. People work during the week and have to do certain things on payday weekend. These people don't get time off to go shopping and pay bills during working hours. </p> <p> </p> <p>A simple apology wont do. </p>
