I upgrade 2 numbers. Both numbers show on the vodacom online website ORDER PROCESSED. Only recieve one order delivery. When phoning vodacom. They claim the 2nd order upgrade only the package upgrade (sylvia). Filicia 3rd person to talk to drop the phone exactly at 18h00 because it her working hours. Both upgrades are exactly the same upgrades and both show on vodacom web sote order processes ONLY revieve one delivery. Vodacom. You need to correct this. Your service is unacceptable.
The first payment of R4,143.22 is due 60 days after the disbur*****t of the principal, with a subsequent monthly repayment of R298,311.98 for 72 months. The loan term is 6 years. Does this make sense. Its a ****.
I am extremely disappointed that I have to return to Supa Quick for the third time for the same issue on my vehicle. The front wheel bearing has already been replaced twice, and once again, the same fault has reoccurred. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poor workmanship, low product quality, and inadequate customer communication. Each visit requires me to take time out of my personal schedule for a problem that should have been properly resolved the first time. I expect Supa Quick to urgently investigate this ongoing issue, provide a permanent solution at no additional cost to me, and ensure that proper quality control measures are in place going forward.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your branch. I brought my vehicle in because of a noise coming from the front driver-side wheel. After inspection, I was advised that the front wheel bearing was faulty and needed replacement. I accepted the quote and had the bearing replaced. However, only a week later, the same noise returned, and I was then informed that the wheel hub was also faulty and needed to be replaced. At no point during the initial assessment or quote was I advised that the hub might also be an issue. As a result, the new bearing has failed, and I am now expected to pay additional labour and parts costs for the hub replacement. This situation is extremely unacceptable, as the original diagnosis was incomplete and has caused unnecessary expense and inconvenience. I request that Supa Quick take responsibility for the misdiagnosis and cover the cost of the additional repairs and labour. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
Stayed in the camp site at the pool side. Arrived on Friday and on Saturday morning 8:00 we complained about noise at the camp site. Casa Cara made us sign a rules agreement where it clearly state no music and no loud noises(respect your neighbour). We have called security about 6 times and the owner came and had a discussion with the person's that was making excessive noise.(NOT ASKING THEM TO LEAVE SITE AS SIGNED AGREEMENT). Absolutely unacceptable that Casa Cara do not keep the pease and only after 10 phone calls they done something about it. Not just us complained but a lot other at the camp site as well. So we made a discission to leave a day earlier as we feel this casa cara does not held up to their own rules as they make every person sign these agreement on day of arrival. (We lost one night worth of money due to poor management)!!!!!!!!!! In addition: 1) The bathrooms are never properly cleaned. 2) The toilets are so small that a person can barely wipe off 3) The baths does not have props(we reported it and casa cara never came and install bath props). 4) The camp site are to far from the swimming pool areas. (a person needs to drive to the pool areas). 5) All pool waters are milky( dirty) not clear or cleaned properly( inspections must be done on this). 6) Not enough showers or wash up areas for all campers. 7) Person's that camp and go to the swimming areas vehicle's must stay outside where the day visitors park. 8) In general the flies are not controlled at the camp areas. 9) Bought slush puppy for R45 each and was not allowed to keep the plastic cup that I actually paid for (bought 6). So it is R45 for flavoured ice....... Then in overall: A person break away from city life to have peace and quiet then people play loud music and about and drink ex ex AND Casa Cara do not adhere to their own policy's..... Food and drink way over priced.... WE lost one night stay money due to poor management AND very poor camping conditions AND just did not feel like have another night without peacefully resting due to noise in a camp site. Casa Cara I hope really you can up your game.
I have got a water bill of R44 000 and the next month R34 000. I have been at the offices twice and nothing has been done yet. On my accounts the water readings show usagae of 730.... 1st time I went to the offices the finance department said I must go to water reading department. So it's said MAx will come out and test my water meter. He just stood there and afterwards he said nothing wrong. 2nd time I went to Sibusiwe and he advised he will look into it. After 2months and how many calls and WhatsApp Sibusiwe don't event reply to our follow up questions. Is this now a bribe game as people in my are say it is. We also found there is incorrect amounts on our account that the municipality do not want to correct. So what to do? Go see a lawyer? Bribe Sibusiwe like every person in my area say to do? Or just keep on going up and down for service. My meter run like mad if I open one tap and this indicate the meter is not correct and needs to be replaced. Pathetic service from the water department of metsimaholo!!!!!!!!!
I have service my bakkie with e-cars sasilolburg I have broken parts and oil leak on the sump plug. I found 2 copper washers on the sump plug and the sump plug is stripped completely. I've called e-cars head office and tried calling e-cars sasolburg. Nobody answer and can help me after hours as I need my bakkie repaired now to drive to NELSPRUIT and Venda for the next 2 weeks..... I'll see a lawyer if my bakkie is not fixed by Monday 4:00 am . For damaged goods an loss of income.....
I had my Amarok in for a major service in 2022/10 and on the way way hom bakkie started to shake. I got home and found that the some of the timing kit parts was either not replaced or was second hand, also found the brand new water pump leaking. End result was that i bought a new head and let Vag s pec know. They took my bakkie for 3 months and misused it (tracker records, did delivery and collections and night watch ). when i got it back all head lamp globes was ******, dents and scratches on my bakkie. Bakkie was drivable for 1month and been standing since. It is nou 2023/11 and my bakkie is still messed up and broken due to Vag spec. Mis use and damage my property and not repairing my vehicle they messed up. Next step will have to be taken. The cost (out of pocket) from 2022/10 up until today is over R60 000 and my bakkie still not drivable and scratched and parts ******.
RCS, my opinion is: Your customer service and general feedback suck. I have various hello peter messages asking for my paid aup letter that you claim my account are paid up. Yo ukeep on telling me you have send it. Guess what i did not receive any!!!!! Pathetic of you RCS. You just send messages up and down giving me the run around...... Besides this you tell me to forward to the creditors..... NOT my responsibility.... you handed me over. You need to forward my paid account as i will keep on saying you are the worst (what is true anyway) and not make any more payments as i have messages you said my account is paid in full and you did forward this letter that i have not received......
I dont think vodacom deserve even one star. I have some numbers on my vodacom account that is due for upgrade although i have chosen to close then on 14/07/2023 already and still not cancelled. The sales person in vanderbijlpark said i need to call in to cancell WHAT THE!!!? why cant the branch cancell my services as i got the contract by them. So i called vodacom and the person on the line said they will cancell the requested numbers services but no reference number will be given. she adviced a mail will be sent that its been cancelled. guess what... no mail and service still active. VODACOM you need to cancell my service as i will refuse to pay as ive Telefon conversation proof of the date ive cancelled. Im eagerly waiting on a reply from you. pathetic service and ive been almost 20years with your service......
