This company is the biggest **** since MMM. If you are looking for a management company, do not even consider this company. I am being charged R5680 for water with no explanation. Me and my partner work and are hardly at the house, I have checked for all possible leaks not even a dripping a tap how they got to those readings they can't give me an explanation. I will open a case against them should they attempt to list me as a bad payer.
This is a big company yet does not take clients serious. We have been waiting for documents for property figures since 19 Sept. On a daily we are being told stories. The poorest service on earth with its private bankers.
By far one of the worst company to work with. Their agents are not singing the same tune. They offered us a free trial for 30 days and on day 11 they called to ask if we will continue, we agreed. 2 days later or free service was cut we figured free things are not the best anyway we signed up a new router was sent 2 days later and it is now day 7 of no internet. I have called from the installer, technical team customer care with no luck. Only one left is the courier guy, we have reference numbers but no luck. 9127974 is what we queried on. The service is poor with no sense of urgency
I am having endless issues that don't seem to be resolved and it's now in its 5th month. My account number is 3000015819323 and I have a consolidated loan with FNB. I have been trying to sell one of my properties and I everything has been paid including COC, Transfers, clearance but FNB is not giving the seller cancelation figures which we have been requesting for the past month. It's like no one knows what to do and now the buyer wants to cancel the deal. How am I supposed to get money to pay all these costs as lawyers have done their work and needs to be paid for it? The service is just poor and customers interests is just not a priority, I am extremely disappointed as this bank was supposed to make life easy, ke shapo shem.

My sister got hijacked in February and to date King price to date still has the car in for repairs. Firstly they gave us a courtesy car and took it back without giving us our car back nor a time frame. Can you imagine paying close to R20k in installment and insurance for a full 6 months without having a car. I am not a broker or anything in insurance however if the problem was big they could habe easily written off the car, atleast common sense says so but they keep dragging. If i may add, my sister is the one that has to keep calling the repair people to make follow up, KP is just quite. This is ome of the most disgusting company yo associate yourself with. The claim number is CKP 2572300/1. I can yell u for free, they are a huge disappointment
I have had a contract with mtn which is a business line and never really had a serious issue until i saw a deal that would have changed my heart only for it to change my view on the company. They advertised a 10" tablet at R325pm for 25G,upon my application i was told its an error and they will sort it our as the deal scans at R375. 7 days later with no fruitful results, i decide that i will loose out on the R1200 for the duration of the contract and eat a humble pie as a customer today the 13th i am told that actually none of the deals exist. The only thing they can do is 2gig at R299pm like what on earth is that. The attitude by the sales person Sanele was even worse as he just said i must know that yellow printers and mtn are different companies as if its common knowledge never mind that i don't even know who yellow printers is. This was so disappointing as we pridw ourselves with SA companies and the need to support each other.. I am disgusted by far
I purchased a vehicle from this company, paid a tow rruck and did a few repairs on the car to get it to run smoothly. Once all was done we tgen realised the engine number had been grined off, i called and was told to return the car. Jired yet another tow truck to bring the car back to Sandton in August as i could not risk driving a car with no engine number. I looked everywhere for the registration docs of which tgey had given me but i couldn't find them. Was told to do an affidavit which I did and submitted on the 3rd of September to date i haven't heard any response regarding my refund. They say i need to pay R1500 to replace the papers of which i was ok with but no obe has bothered to send me an invoice. In a nutshell they have sat with my money for 6 months and have earned great interest on it, i their customer doesn't have a car because i need to pay R1500 to be refunded my R50k of which could be deducted from my balance or even better i still have the R5k that i put in to bid. This is pure disrespect We were taught that the customers make up a big chunk of our business but with smd it looks like once the sale is done you are on your own. Even the 1 star, i dont think you deserve it as this is poor service at its best.. Disgusted
<p>I have had a policy with legal wise for over 4yrs and at the time that I needed them,they were nowhere to be found.</p> <p>I had summons issued against me and I had informed them the day they were handed to me. 1st they misplaced them even though we had -0 days to respond. </p> <p>On the 9th day I called just to enquire then we had to do things rushing eventually after meeting with their appointed lawyer,they just went quite.</p> <p>I have emailed and left countless messages and till today no response has came through. I am highly disappointed </p>
