Pizza and pasta were nice. Service is great. But stay away from the expensive **** dessert. At +R90 for a tiramisu, I expected sponge biscuits with a mascarpone based filling. I don't know what nasty alternatives they tried but I was horrified. I asked and was told it was a little cottage cheese and something else....never again. Don't waste your hard earned money on their desserts.
I am super impressed. I HAD to lay a compliment here I made enquiries about a matric exemption that I had from 18 years ago and by merely giving them my student ID number, they gave me the exemption on file. 18 years ago???!!! An even greater shock was that it literally took 2 minutes from me logging my enquiry to receiving the statement. I am so impressed. Thank you so much.
Company profile suggests that this is a local company based in CT. It's just an individual ordering from China. Be very careful I was lucky to receive my order but the dress is not a size 10 and there is very little hope that I can change it. I would've bought directly online from China if I had known
I tried to purchase flowers for a colleague. Each item I selected was met with a response to say that the product was not available in the area of choice. Call number one. Agent tells me to select "nationwide" and not Jhb. This does not have any effect of my choice Their online chat agents refuse to call me despite asking me on more than two occassions if I need help because they can see that I've been browsing for some time. I specifically asked to be called twice but no one called me. I had to call in The agents on the chat gave me conflicting info to the agent I spoke to when I eventually called in. The agents on the chat would also take more than 5 minutes to respond and then would close the chat due to "no response". They did this on more than one occasion If I had another option to have delivered those flowers, I definitely would not have used your terrible company. I wasted a few hours on something that should have taken me 15 minutes from beginning to end Train your employees to provide better service and teach them about the products you sell and the differences in areas you service!!!There is a Thokozo in Jhb AND a Thokozo in KZN. They aren't the same place and Netflorist DOES deliver to the Jhb one. Wondering if this is a company issue or a staff issue butnit definitely needs to be addressed
My cashbook used to update automatically until about 2 months ago when something at Sage fell over. Since then, it's been countless calls and useless support from both the first tier and their manager (Adolph). Been pushed from pillar to post, with Sage constantly blaming FNB for the issue. FNB agreed to a round table meeting with Sage who couldn't be bothered to respond to the meeting invite and conveniently called after the meeting, with the audacity of still insinuating that the fault lay with FNB. I still do not have an answer. My cashbook does not work despite numerous calls to them. Support centre does not respond to emails where it is clear that I am an unhappy client. Here's my number before you ask for my reference details: HD15386402 It's not my first reference number just btw Is there anyone capable enough of helping me or do I need to look at another software that is capable of helping my business function instead of trying to disable it? This function worked perfectly for years before now. SURELY someone at Sage knows what is wrong and can help a client out? Surely?
Systems went down last week Thursday. I am unable to print out a simple GL account. I am unable to print out a simple GL account on an accounting software we have actually BOUGHT from you. Called in and was told that the query had been escalated (Siyabonga and Phili (?). Managers refused to take my call or call me back on Friday afternoon as they were about to knock off. The system still isnt working as of tonight (5 business days later!!!) and I have had ZERO feedback. No assistance. No effort whatsoever. Shocking non existent service levels! Shameless service
Technicians were on time, super friendly and left my place all cleaned and tidied up when they left! Awesome service, thank you!
Beware of this place if you return anything. I returned a dress in January (17th). Expected my refund to clear into my account 2-3 days later, but till today nothing has been refunded. I have been in touch with them no less than three times to enquire about my refund, and the responses have been unacceptable. If you ever make a return to this place, be sure to check your account for the refund. @forevernew - it's pretty simple. If you can't return my funds for whatever reason, give me the cash. There isn't a problem with my card and Standard Bank is a fully operational bank. How hard can it be to find a solution? The R1400 is mine. Not yours. Its been over two months now. Just do the right thing and stop making me chase you around for what should have been resolved by now! You don't deserve half a review star in my view
