This company is a joke. If your bank deducts a debit order one day late, the customer gets disadvantaged as a missed payment. I never never heard anything so ludicrous in my life. After sending all the evidence absolutely nothing has been done.
changed bank accounts but cell c refused to change my bank details as I havent had the account for 3 months and now I am forced to keep 2 accounts open at a cost of R280.00 bank fees for one debit order. Cell C I will be cancelling my contract as you as a company are PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
vodacom must be the worst company to dela with. Consultants call telling a whole of lies. Tell you have 14 to cancel the upgrade then you unabloe to get to speak to anyone. VODACOM, someone better call me soon to sort this out as I will be stopping my debit order when payment is due
Took out an accidental death and injury policy in September 2012 for R 25 000.00. Mi way have increased premiums by 161.69% but have kept the insured amount at R 25 000.00. WHAT A BUNCH OF ******. I will never use nor recommend MI WAY to anybody.
Very disappointed with after sales service. Purchased a glass bowl set with lids. One bowl is chipped and ODO want to reimburse me for the dish only. What am I supposed to do with a lid without a bowl. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Still waiting for a consultant to get back to me
Bontas medical aid is becoming quite useless. An authorisation request was sent into them on 21 Jan25. I have called in numerous times to get any feedback from them but just keep getting told it has been escalated. I have just called them again and get the same response, it has been escalated. How long does your panel need to assess and authorise??????????????????? You make sure the contribution is received on time every month. This service stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is a very frustrating experience dealing with Fastway Couriers as you cannot get through on your landline and noone gets back to you on the whatsapp line. Fastway used to be very efficient but have become absolutely useless. I got a message on 7 Jan to say my parcel was out with the driver and waited the whole day to no avail. It is now 2 days later and I cannot get hold of anybody to find out what is going on. How many more days would Fastway like me to sit at home in the hope my parcel will arrive. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
Do not touch Standard Bank's legal policy. It is a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a ****. They use sub standard lawyers who don't know what they are doing and have no consideration for their clients. I will be cancelling this policy today.
I am furious with Vodacom. I have been trying to get contract upgrades that were made by Rewardsco on 5 March 2024 reversed for the past 2 months. Have called numerous times, spoken to at least 10 agents and NOTHING has been done. If this is not resolved tomorrow. I will be cancelling my debit order with Vodacom and you can sue me for the balance of my 6 contracts I currently with with Vodacom as I WILL NOT BE PAYING!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT TOUCH DISCOVERY BANK. ONCE OPENED YOU UNABLE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND GET CHARGED BANK CHARGES MONTH IN AND MONTH OUT FOR A SERVICE YOU DON'T RECEIVE. STARTED THIS PROCESS ON 4 OCT 2023. TWO MONTHS LATER THE ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN AGTER THEY HAVE CHARGED R 1000.00 FOR BANK CHARGES. BUNCH OF *******.
