Your service SUCKS!!! You send me an update that my parcel is out for delivery on 12 March. I sit and wait the whole day without anything arriving. Then I use your Whatsapp app WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY REPSONSES!! This morning you eventually responded on Whatsapp telling me the parcel is out for delivery. Will I again have to sit and wait the whole day for nothing to arrive>??
Dischem’s new “rewards” system is, in one word, S H I T! I spend quite a lot of money in your store and today I spent R1645 and received zero rewards and zero discount. In the past I would have at least earned rewards on this purchase but the products don’t qualify. In addition you have ended your partnership with UCOUNT from Standard Bank, what a bigger DISAPPOINTMENT! You deserve to lose customers, you deserve to be rewarded with ZERO LOYALTY!!!!
You have recently made a number of very irritating changes by adding quite a few nonsense additions to your gyms, Hyrox being one of them. What an absolute hype!! The participation levels are basically non-existent and all this nonsense does is take up space. There now seems more "studios" than actual equipment areas, which defeats the purpose of a gym altogether??? And to make things worse, you have removed key equipment used by the weight lifting athletes, which is a MASSIVE IRRITATION. Who have taken over the needs assessments of Planet Fitness? Narcissists?? Because "bragging and screaming" about throwing a ball against a wall or "skeeing" in the middle of a gym while it's 32 degrees outside seems dumb. Look at me, I paid to run on a treadmill and push a sled inside a building while other people are doing REAL exercises!! And the equipment must have cost many thousands!!! There are actually a large number of people who have started to do calisthenics, which takes a lot more skill and require a tiny investment, but you aren't even considering it. Then on another note, why have you changed the "free holiday" period from middle Dec-middle Jan to December only?? This means that I will not be able to use the gym in the city I am going to AT ALL this year!!
I am so sick and tired of Pick n Pay Sedgefield treating my elderly mother like dirt!! She tries to withdraw money from her Tymebank account and they refuse to provide her the service. When she calls them on 0443431055, they hang up the call when she tries to speak to them and when she calls back, the don't answer. I think I should contact Tymebank head office to ask them why they provide a company that does this to old people a license to operate their services!!!

FNB must have the MOST difficult banking app and website to use I have ever see. It is HARD to navigate and find the right thing to do and some of the items simply do not work as intended. Trying to link a new device and de-link existing devices is simply something a rocket scientist will struggle with. The logic built into the process is stupid and illogic.
Your service for customers to contact you is PATHETIC!! Nobody responds to emails and I cannot find anywhere to call your call centre. Useless!!!
You have had MANY MONTHS to prepare for the two pot withdrawal system, yet it is simply impossible to log in and use your system. A standard message saying you are experiencing high volumes was a permanent feature until late last nigh. This morning I managed to log in, but the content of my portfolio and all other services are just saying "Something went wrong, try again later? This is just PATHETIC SERVICE. You had a long time to prepare for this and you clearly did not care enough to prepare for it in such a way that your customers will at least have a slow, but capable service!! Calling the Call Centre is also useless. I was online for 08m53s before you just cut me off!!!
This Mcdonalds is obviously run by *********** people. It is not the first time I want to order good and they have stock issues. Before it was ketchup, today sauce!!
