I took my son to the Centurion Mall branch today for an eye examination and it was a wonderful experience. Chantelle was so patient and caring with him during the eye test and Masana afterwards was friendly and so helpful. I can highly recommend them to anyone especially with small children!
Horrible and rude staff at the fitting room. I went to the Woolworths Centurion Mall store and had the most horrible experience with Didintela and Mataphelo working at the fitting rooms. They were extremely rude and complained between each other that we were there fitting clothes, even my son got upset by their behavior. Didintela was rude to other customers behind us as well and gave them attitude. When we wanted to pay, there were only 2 cashiers but about 6 people standing behind the tills not assisting or helping even when the qeues got long. If this is the service then I definitely won't go back there again, was very unpleasant. We work hard for our money and to give it to an institution that treat people like this is a slap in the face - very disappointed!!
We had my daughter's birthday party at Lone Hawk Spur in Pretoria on Lynnwood Road and our waiter was Linda. She was INCREDIBLE!! And so patient with the big group with seperate bills and kids etc. She made it so easy for us and was friendly the whole time. Thank you Linda!!! You are an angel.
I had a query about our monthly premium and was put through to Lettisha Deonarian. She was so friendly and helpful! Couldn't have asked for better service and so happy I got to deal with her today. Lettisha is a real star!
We went there on Saturday and CJ assisted us. He was so friendly and helpful, even the other people working there was great. They provided great service and very competitive pricing - on top of it all they were so friendly towards my kids and showed them how things and done. Will highly recommend them!!
I had to get a new card die to fraud and went to the FNB Centurion Lifestyle branch. Olga Masanaba greeted me when I arrived and then helped me to collect my card. From the moment I walked in to the time I was finished she was so friendly and just amazing!! She's such a wonderful and helpful person - real asset to the branch and definitely a star!! Thank you Olga for being so awesome
I booked a parcel to deposit, it showed I had until today 14:31. I went on Monday and the locker wasn't working and when I went back this morning I showed the pin expired when it was valid until this afternoon. They now refusing to assist and say I have to book and pay for another deposit. This is ridiculous and they not being helpful at all in anyway. I didn't receive a sms with the pin or reminder either - NO SUPPORT or assistance from them. Avoid using them! It's more hassles than assistance or service from them.
My daughter is going in for procedure on Friday and needed to get a PCR test. I went to the PathCare Vermaak testing site behind Unitas Hospital. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful Stan and Jennifer did the swab, she even got my 2 year old daughter laughing and asking to do the test because Jennifer was so awesome with her. I'm so happy I went there, what a pleasant experience. Stan and Jennifer was incredible, thank you so much!!
We went to Intercare Irene on Monday for a consultation and tested positive for COVID. The sisters was so rude and unfriendly. But aside from that we just received their invoice and on top of the R555 consultant fee they charge R2000 extra for COVID. How is this possible!!! How can you feel it is right to exploit people like this, people who lost their jobs due to covid and now got this horrible disease as well. The Dr is not responding to any emails asking about covid or anything and then they send you insane amounts to pay. This is not right, clearly the practice doesn't care about people they just want money.
Makro advertised a Samsung Microwave on special and I went there the Tuesday, but Makro was out of stock and they said they will get stock by the Friday or Saturday. We went back the Sunday and they were still out of stock. Jose assisted us and took down our number and said he would call once they received stock from the supplier. Almost 3 weeks later we got a call from Jose advising they received stock that day and asked if we still wanted one. We were actually looking at other places for a microwave as we thought Makro weren't gonna get back to us. Jose was so helpful when I went there to get it and made sure we paid the promotion rate (as it was normal price now) He's been great and so friendly the whole time!!
