Insensitive drivers! We caught our ride from BP Empangeni. They told us to go sit at the back while one of them sat on the two seats that we pleaded for to accommodate a patient with a fresh leg operation so could have some leg room.We had no issues sitting at the back but walking on crutches on that tiny aisle is a hazard. Those drivers were such insensitive *****s with no shred of empathy at all. The floating seat next to the ****pit was free, so one could have easily offered the patient a seat instead of hogging all two of them all by himself. That's who represents your stinking brand!!! It's such a pity the Greyhound doesn't go via Empangeni anymore. So we're stuck with insensitive drivers who think their stinking attitude portrays the company's good image! Sies! I hope they burn in hell!!!
Guys DO NOT take out your hard earned money to reserve a vehicle before you've seen it!!! I reserved a vehicle that was listed as "certified", only to get there to find out that it had issues. To this day, my money has not been refunded. I'm being sent from pillar to post by these ****s that I've decide to open a case. I have it in writing that my refund was going to be processed in 72 hours. It's been over a week now and the so called debtors team has done nothing about my refund. If you find yourself in a similar situation, get private legal assistance because these guys are ******!!! The whole lot of them!!!
Over and above taking a top spot as a racially profiling bank, they will ***** for as long as you're quiet about it. The moment they realise you have funds and owing absolutely nothing to them, they deduct "unpaid" fees on a future date. They've been doing with my account regardless of the fact that the date THEY claim fees will be "unpaid", they're in fact paid! What the **** twisted strategy is this to loot from your own customers you ****EN *******???!
These guys don't have a clue what they're doing! They claim to have delivered my purchase when they actually haven't...this obviously after they've pocketed the money! First you pay for an item, then, get a notification that they are not able to deliver! I think they're looters in disguise! Their so so called marketing doesn't call to discuss escalated matters until you as a customer reach out to them! It's a good thing they're local, we're opening a ***** case. I don't know what kind of **** circus they're running there! I'm totally disgusted!!! Refunds are not processed because they have to follow some slapstick process. Again, the item was not marked sold out, and now it's one story after the other to refund what lawfully doesn't belong to them!!! Absolutely appalling!!!
ONE STAR WASTED!!! THESE ARE CLOWNS SITTING BEHIND DESKS!!! One just CANNOT keep making arrangements to which you yourselves MISERABLY FAIL to honor! You might as well just sit there and play with yourselves! Judging by the bad reviews, that's all you're good at! What kind of "business " has complete disregard for how their own customers rate them?!

Wasted star!!! Really!!! I was promised an exchange last year but upon following up I was advised to call back beginning of the current month. Did that and still NO PROGRESS!!! Don't waste your money on these clowns! All they care about is take and couldn't be bothered about customer satisfaction. I'm totally disgusted! To think that I still gave these ****** my business after reading so much negative reviews about them! What kind of business is this?!

I tried to reach out to FNB secure chat regarding a debit order listed as FNB OB COLL. Needless to say their assistant wasn't helpful at all, nor could I reverse this debit order. Instead of "assisting" as she'd offered, she told me to text later. Bottom line...she couldn't tell me what FNB OB COLL is. I'm yet to understand what this transaction is for as I don't recall consenting to this. If NY suspicions are anything to go by, I need this reversed. So wish I could have gone to a more reliable bank right now!!!
These people conveniently associate themselves with *****sters and look the other way. No need to guess what that makes of them! *****sters are busy misrepresenting items and actually getting reviewed as such but they still keep them on their portal to make a quick buck. I don't get why I should even waist one star on *****sters!!!
